im not disappointed with last night epi cuz that crap was expected after a stupid episode aired on previous night. for once i was not sulking but really wandered what went wrong with da show

i was left with only one question last night; who is cheaper? arnav or khushi?

arnav has such influence that he calls off da sangeet just because he was slapped by khushi. he has no room to listen to anybody. he cares zilch for his younger brother who's getting married and mind you a ceremony like this happens only once in a life time unless you're planning to get hitched multiple times

on da other hand khushi slaps arnav and then does a fake crying act to convince him. moreover she has only one goal; to defeat ASR. btw how old is she? like 6? cuz that's da kind of a thing my 6 year old niece would do

psst im still practicing patience and not much of a B+ expert yet!!

Sush, I liked the epi though not everything but bits and pieces of it.

I didnt like the machar dance or thappad..the dance was OTT and what was outrageous was the writers want us to take the thappad in light mood..highly degressive. And the last part her apology her tears though I felt were genuine her shift to normalcy was too quick. And it was natural for Arnav to think she was acting..my grouse was Arhi are bound presently by very few dots and why do the Cvs want to blow away even that. Her tears were the only thing which made Arnav go soft with kushi and Cvs seem to squish what they had built from the very inital epis..reason..I am definitely not happy with that!

Arhi..both their actions reaction are all based on their feelings towards each other..Kushi manofied her family for dance competition just to spite Arnav and he does the same he cancels it to spite her...though I didnt understand his reason for cancelling..is it because he doesnt want NK-kushi dance or is it because she slapped him?

The intensity did seem to return for a very short while and her intimidation towards him though the Cvs could have brought it under different circumstances.

I liked the whole team back in action at RM..mami, Nani, and mamaji. I am so glad the much announced strict dance master is out of picture..looks like again a track change.

Tomorrow again everybody predicting peck on cheek or pat on cheek..nothing is going to happen...still keep dreaming..its become a habit now we dream for to have it thrashed by CVS.

Sush I too hope like you that today epi is better.

Nadz, her tears were real but sadly the CVs made her apology come off more manipulative then sincere.

Arnav and Khushi are both guilty of behaving like little kids, it was him who started the don't think you've won because I did. He was the one who wanted Khushi to feel defeated, Khushi now wants to retaliate and have the upper hand. Lets face it both are stubborn head strong individuals who enjoy clashing and getting under each other's skin.

Zu, he cancelled the sangeet beacuse he was pissed beacuse of Khushi ...NK didn't figure into this...NaZ I definitely tink the tears were genuine not maniplative...

One scene I forgot to mention that I liked was Khushi and Bua. I am really liking their bond these days. They are too cute together!!

I also liked Khushi mentioning what Payal did during their childhood, its hard picturing Payal being that way since now she's so shy and quiet. It was interesting

It was just the whole fly and slap that threw this episode off, it wasn't needed at all.

The dance competition idea, was silly but not offensive...but the whole thappad thing. ...comedy stops being funny at some point and this was where they took it

Rest of it was OK...the difference between Akash's and Nandu's reaction about Arnavs refusal to take part in the dance was a nice contrast between Indian and Western values

Khushis crying was like her reaction after the car pranks, and the thappad was like the tea throwing incidence...I did not like that then I didn,t like it now...although I do think crying was genuine...

Overall this episode didn't work...below average 6/10

I hope tomorrow is a better day...can't believe how much Arnie has grown in character to still have it in him to be soft on her after that episode...

And I agree with everyone's responses here.

The machhar, the thappad, all the drama surrounding it was OTT and I did not like it.

Khushi slapping Arnav...what was that?! 😕

Not a good scene at all. In fact today Arnav's anger was totally justified and I was thoroughly surprised when he immediately softened when she shed tears.

Arnav saying 'no' to the sangeet was not good either...doesn't he care about his brother and family's wishes?! Like Zu said, I did not understand why he did that...maybe a combo of reasons - anger from the thappad and NK and K's bonding irritated him.

Whatever it was, that was not a nice thing to do.

Akash and his Dad were the epitome of graciousness...

Khushi slapping, then apologizing and immediately switching gears...sigh!

Like you said Sush, the apology looked like a copy of the tea-throwing incident.

But what surprised me was her immediate switch of expressions after he softened 😕

That made it look like she manipulated him...I rewatched that portion and then thought that her apology was sincere, but it came out as something else.

Like I said yesterday Sush, I'm disappointed with this whole haar jeet track...its going to bring more sourness in the Arhi equation.

Now if they had shown both of them again sharing those electric vibes as before, the current track would probably have not bothered us this much.

Totally agree with you on this two points as well.

Nothing is going to happen tomorrow...he might say something and walk away...that's the reason I get upset with this. If they show something of this sort like slapping be it incidentat or what, it must be backed up by a follow up. But, it will end up being another filler idea like the dance teacher. They showed her for 10 mintues on one epi and now she is not coming. Pure filler.

I am saying nothing will happen cos SBB showed Anjali convinced him for the sangeet. So. if he pecks or smootches then he would have been convinced by KKG not Di...

I wrote it in several other posts last night and copying it again here as they are my first and genuine reactions to the last night's epi...
What more can be said.. I cant believe that I am still hopeful after watching Machchar comedy and Khushi's fake tears... They finally made dirt out of those tears also which used to work like magic on Arnav. My warning to ASR not to fall prey for those tears in future !!!

(1) Machar dance ..
(2) The UNSPOKEN words that "there is a machchar on ur cheek"
(3) The fake tears
The episode simply BLEW ME AWAY... !!!!

Could be... could be .. the tears were not fake.. but the immediate smile and resuming sangeet offer made everything UGLY. I am surprised that Anji and Khushi both are making fool of ASR and poor fellow is just falling in the trap.
Khushi is supposed to be dignified. What she is doing these days is way too low. Instead of progression in her character.. I am seeing degradation by the day.
If you have read my last post about the channel pressure <http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=2663059> ,... we can get an idea on why we are being served with comedy... but even then if the writer is still of the same calibre who delivered some of the BEST moments including comedy in the past... why he is not doing it now... I would suggest them to go find some good comedy writers from other succesful comedy serials.
LM talked about a BANG.. was he referring to this Thappad 😆
I really pity on ASR and US !!!

There has to be a limit to everything... This Thappad simply crossed every limit possible.

ps... I would also add that ASR's move of cancelling the sangeet is also not justified... he cant link his problems with Khushi to ruining his brothers' wedding plans!!1

Any smooching will be in our dreams...Can we even count how many times Mr Arnav has Not done anything...now lets count how many times he has...clear picture...right? 😃 😃. And KKG ...? May be Arnie has to use a tranquillizer on her first...she was more cooperative when she was unconscious in most of the earlier episodes... 😆 😆 😆
