He was screaming in his head - he was on fire so to speak!

The whole point of that line was that ASR is in turmoil, all rage, and fury and is screaming her name in his mind - while he thinks he is calling out loud (it happens in real life too you know) and she is standing there talking on the phone not listening to him. That's why she is like, what r u talking about? cos she didn't really hear him - and frankly if you notice the first thing he visually says to her is 'main bhi kuch keh raha thaa' to which she says 'aap kya keh rahe hain hamein kuch samajh nahin aa raha'

Do You really think Kh wud not have heard the loud screaming of HER NAME IN A SMALL ROOM?????

IT WAS NO AN EDITING ERROR - it was part of different ways in which ASR reacted to the whole sagai revelation. I thought it was great!
