Or was he hearing himself shout her name in his head?

I've watched that part a few times, and it sounds like an echo, yet he's standing perfectly still just looking at her. Then she seems confused and says "I don't understand what you mean."

So, did say it out loud or was his mind just going frantic?

His mind and heart were calling "Khushi" which she did not hear when her cell phone rang!:( and of course Arnav got angry with her for not listening - poor Khushi - now he expects her to listen to his heart calling too!!

I think he did yell out her name twice.. but it was possibly poor editing ..

Since he did say.."Mein bhi baat kar raha hoon.." or something to that effect..when she still took the call

arnav was in a dazed state after khushi revealed ... i guess he imagined it... if he would have yelled khushi's name ..she would have heard it...

his dreamy voice is definitely louder than phone ringtone...

heart speaks louder than words.. 😊

What I felt is the moment he heard her getting engaged, he got a jolt ! He did not call out for her at all but his mind was screaming her name. You could clearly see that from Kushi's expressions. When he grabbed her phone, she was like what this guy's problem is ?

It was poor editing. It was a sound byte from previous episodes.

Yes, he said that, but she shook her head slightly in confusion and THEN said "App kya kehrahe hain, hume samaj me nahi arahi"
