did you not notice that over phone arnav was saying his medicine is finished. he has not taken his medicine, thats why... but sometimes its also good that he does not take medicine 😉. we have then chance to see more romantic scene.

He has got low sugar and he is gonna faint and apni Khushi is gonna feed him jalebis.. 😍 This is all according to the SBB segment we got today..

He is a Diabetic... I know coz my mum is one too, and I am boarderline! So if you become "Hypoglycemic" you need to be given suger to get Blood suger levels to normalise.

He didn't take his medication in the morning. (at the start of the episode he is on the phone with Anjali, and telling her not to worry, he will be OK till she can re-fill his prescription at the end of the day)...

FINALLY ASR's diabetese is doing some GOOD! LOL
