That might be true other times he's given her something from his sister he just passes it, but this time he was hesitating while giving her the food.

I definitely think you're right!!! because if you hear what he says, he's like "di ne kahaan tumne kuch khaya nahin hain." but he doesnt say anything about di telling him to give her food!!! so that of course, was prob our great arnie's wonderful idea :)

Later Khushi will come to know about Arnav brought her the food not telling anyone...how will she react? Will heart race super fast? Will her sleep gets disturbed by this gesture of Arnav?
