hi pals, here is my second os. Sorry 4 d confusion i made last time. i meant that 2 b an os. the title was a mistake. PARADISE REGAINED Astha was crying. Astha was laughing too. She was in an ecstasy. Everyone in the room shared the bliss though for different reasons. Shlok was just standing there looking at them as if he was in a dream. It was the most beautiful dream he ever had. it was his life which he thought would remain only in his dream. Everyone knew his happiness knew no bound now. So was their's. / There in the hospital bed sat their angel, Astha, with her little angel in her hands. This was the first time astha was holding her 6 month old son in her hands. She showered his face with kisses. Even the little one seem to share the happiness. He was smiling at her. Then he put his little hands on her cheeks and babbled something as if telling her he knows her. Astha closed her eyes savouring the touch./ Astha had heard his voice once before. It was the sweatest sound she had ever heard. Astha's memory flew back to that day. The day she gave birth to their son- Shreyas Agnihotri. / The pain was intolerable. She was loosing all her strength. She could hear the voices of doctors urging her to push. Astha pushed with all her might and she heard him cry for the first time. Her child. Astha wanted to see, to hold her child. She felt ecstasic despite the pain. Soon she felt darkness shrouding her senses. She could hear the frantic voices around her. They were crying out she was bleeding heavily and its going out of control. Slowly that too blurred. Before her senses went blank what astha felt was that she is dying and she wont see, hold her child ever. And now, after 6 months of lifeless life in hospital bed, she was holding her child. She was in heaven. This was heaven. She raised her head and saw her Shlok standing there. Everyone else had left already giving them some time of their own. Their eyes met and before she could say anything he ran towards them and hugged them. He joined them in their heaven.This was their heaven, which he once thought he'd lost forever!
