PART 4

S :(turning away) Yes Madam..This is your punishment..For telling lies to my kids..You must act like you are their Mom, till we are here in Mumbai..Are you ready?

Shlok turned to her and smiled wickedly..Aastha thought for a moment and then..

A:(determined face) I am ready Shlok..(then smartly)But do I need to act like your wife then..?
S: (smartly)Of course yes..!!But only in front of my kids..
A: Hmm..Got it..!!(smiles)
S: So ..It's a deal then..(holding out his hand)
A: Sure..Deal!!(shaking hands with him)

After that Shlok walked towards the door and unlocking it, he went out.

A: (to herself) Mr. Shlok Agnihotri.. I am ready to play my part in this drama..But you don't know that my ultimate aim is to bring back the kids' real mother..

She too walked out of the room and then went out to see whether the kids had finished their bath. Shlok was in their bedroom and he was toweling Navya's hair. Aastha went and helped Ayaan in drying his hair.

Ay: Papa..Today is Sunday and you won't be having office..
S: Yes beta..
Ay: We want to go for an outing..
N: Woww bhaiyya.. !!Nice idea..I love you..
S: Of course my darlings..We will all go..Aastha, I will go to the villa and bring the clothes of our kids.
A: Ok..

As promised, Shlok came back with the kids' luggage bags. Then they all got ready for their outing. They got inside Shlok's car, Shlok and Aastha in the front and the kids at the back.

S: Where do you wish to go..?(turning around to view the kids)
Ay : I want to watch a movie..
N: I want to go and play in a park..
S: Ok first we can go for the movie..Then have lunch from a nice restaurant and then we shall all go to the park..Is that ok with you two..?
N & Ay: Yaaayyy..Yippieee..!!

They all reached a mall and headed for the multiplex theatre in there. Shlok took the tickets and they all got inside the theatre. Shlok asked Aastha to move two seats away from him and she sat there. Ayaan sat near her and then next seat was occupied by Navya. Shlok sat beside Navya. Now the kids were in the middle, separating Aastha and Shlok.

The first half of the film was over and it was the time for intermission. The kids told Shlok that they needed to use the wash room. Shlok took Ayaan to the Gents' and Aastha took Navya to the Ladies'. When they came back into the theatre, Ayaan occupied Aastha's seat and Navya sat in Ayaan's seat. Now Aastha and Shlok were left with no choice but to sit with each other. The kids had pre-planned all this and they congratulated each other secretly.

Shlok felt her arm brushing his and he felt a little odd. He moved his arm away from hers. A captivating smell was emanating from her side. He slanted his head a little more in her direction, not too near enough to let her know. He enjoyed the fragrance and thought what it was.."These ladies use too much items", he thought . "may be some deo or body lotion or sunscreen or shampoo or conditioner ..", he recalled the ladies related products shown in the television ads. She shifted slightly in her seat and he hastily sat straight, afraid that she had noticed his behavior.

After some time, the film came to an end. They all got up and just then Aastha's purse fell down. Shlok noticed it and both of them bent down to retrieve it. Their foreheads hit with each other..

S: Ouch..!!
A: Aah..!!
Shlok took the purse, and both of them got up rubbing their foreheads.
S: Are you alright..?
A: It's ok..
S: Here, take it (hands her the purse)
A: Thank you..

They all walked out of the theatre and headed towards a restaurant. They all had their lunch and the kids enjoyed it immensely. Aastha just loved taking care of the kids all the while. Shlok couldn't help being impressed by the way she managed both of them. On the other hand she was doing all this to make him realize that his family was incomplete without his wife.

Late in the afternoon, Shlok drove towards a Kids Park. Ayaan and Navya enjoyed playing in the swings, see-saws and all sorts of play slides. Aastha and Shlok monitored both of them taking turns with each kid. Soon the kids got exhausted and Shlok took them all back to Aastha's home.

Aastha prepared dinner for all of them. All of them had their dinner together. Shlok enjoyed the food immensely. But he didn't appreciate her openly. The kids ate well and they kept asking for more. They just seemed to love everything prepared by their beloved Mum. Aastha enthusiastically served both of them and she was enjoying every bit of this drama. She wanted to show Shlok that having his wife back would mean all this small small joys.

The kids began to feel sleepy. Aastha took them to the bedroom and there they fell asleep happily. After that she came out of the room to look for Shlok and realized that he had already left.

bt wudn't she eventually fall fr him? Bcuz it happens in all d films, n urs is inspired by a movie

Aastha seemed to be like a real mother in the last part...

Incredible update dear. 👏 👏 👏

Even though being a stranger she is taking good care of the kids and wanted to bring the faded happiness in shlok's life by making him realize the need of a woman as a pillar of support to a family.😊

theater scene was superb. 👍🏼

he slanted his head to inhale the fragrance coming from her 😳

loved the intelligence of the kids. 😉 they are one step above shlok and astha 😆

ohhh no he left without informing her?? 😲

i wish kids make shlok to stay with them. 😃

as always awaiting to know more about the progression in their relationship 😊
