When Shlok and Kavya reached her apartment, Varad Deshmukh and his wife Sojal were at home. Varad was watching the evening news and was having coffee.
V: Hello Shlok..Come in..Come in..
Sojal walked towards them smiling.
So : Ohh..You both are back..?(taking Kavya in her arms) Shlok, come inside and have some coffee.
S : No its ok bhabhi..I have got to go..
This time, Varad looked up properly at Shlok and he understood that something was troubling his friend. Frowning, he got up and walked up to his friend. Varad placed his hand on Shlok's shoulder and asked in a voice full of concern.
V : What's the matter Shlok..?Is everything Ok? I can see that something is troubling you..
S : What..?!!(tried to smile) It's nothing Varad..I've got some work to do that's all..Bye yaar..(hugged him whole heartedly)
As Shlok left a puzzled Varad, and walked back to his apartment, he thought.."You are right Varad, 'something' is troubling me.."
On his way back from Aastha's apartment, Shlok had been highly disturbed after seeing his wallpaper in Aastha's cell phone.
Now, as he unlocked the door to his flat, he remembered that in the pic, he had noticed that he was wearing the same blue sherwani which he had worn at Jyoti's wedding
He locked the door, from inside and walked inside slowly. He thought.. "She might have taken the picture at that time..Yeah..But...My pic..as a wall paper?..Why??.."
Suddenly he could hear another voice inside his head, "She loves you, Idiot..!!"
He thought again "But Why?? She doesn't even know me properly..She doesn't know anything about me!!"
The other voice replied "What if she already knows..May be Jyoti told her..And she doesn't care about your past.."
He debated with the voice again, "What Non sense is this?!!..All these four years, she had been in love with me..?? I can't believe this!!
The voice replied, this time even stronger "But you have got to believe it..This is the truth..And you have seen the evidence in her phone..Or should I say, in her eyes?!"
"Her eyes?!" , Shlok thought miserably "Yes..!!..There was something about the way her eyes looked at me intently when we had met at the beach in the evening..Her eyes filled with tears whenever she feared that I was walking away from her life.. "
The voice again sounded, this time satisfied.."See, now you are talking sense."
"OOOHHH MYYY GODDD..!!" Shlok suddenly shouted loudly, running his fingers over his head frantically.."STOPPP"... He shouted again...He sank down to his knees and mumbled miserably.. "It's all Non sense...This Love..It's.. It's bad..Evil..Only leads to pain.." His body was shaking all over and tears were flowing down his cheeks.."NO!!", he said aloud, this time determined. He stood up swiftly and said to himself, "I have got to knock in some sense in her too..I will make her understand that love is after all a sweet poison, and that its dangerous!"

Rohan was humming happily one of his favorite songs..
"'Mehendi lagaa ke rakhna..Doli sajake ke rakhna..
Lene tujhe oh gori..Aayenge tere sajna"
He was walking excitedly along the corridor, which led to his apartment and when he reached at the door, he rang the door bell. Someone opened the door and he hugged the person as soon as he saw who it was.
R : Bhaaabhiii...!!!
Sojal was surprised at the sudden action. She gasped and hit his backside squealing helplessly.
R : Oops!! Sorry Bhabhi..
He left her quickly and was sorry to see that she was taking long breaths and gulping badly.
So : (angrily) Rohan..What is this..? Do you want to kill me..?(hits his chest playfully and laughs)
Just then Varad arrived at the scene, hearing their voices..
V : Can someone tell me what is going on here..?
On seeing Varad, Rohan ran up to him and hugged his elder brother even more tightly than he had hugged his Bhabhi..
R : (excitedly) Bhaiyaa I am sooo happy..!!
Varad groaned as he was not able to breathe. Rohan left him and began to dance around him happily on a background music created on his own.
Sojal and Varad rounded upon him and both of them yelled together "But what's the matter??!!"
R :( stopped dancing) Rohan Deshmukh is going to get married..!!
Varad & Sojal : WHAT ?!!

Next day morning, Aastha was getting ready for her office. She wore a beautiful saree and was standing in front of the mirror doing her eye makeup. Payal came to the room and she was surprised to see Aastha wearing a saree.
P: Wowww Aastha..Saree..!!
A: Payal, I told you na, today we are having an Inauguration of a new branch of our firm. That is why I am specially getting ready for the occasion. So many V.I.P guests are coming for the event. (she puts some lip gloss on her gorgeous lips)
P: You are looking really great Aastha..!!
A: Thank you Payal..I am going now..Bye..See you in the evening..
Shlok's car came to a halt and he checked his watch to ensure that he was on time. He frowned and thought once more about his plan of action. He was wearing a pair of sun glasses. He opened his car door and got down from the driving seat. He casually looked around and closed the door swiftly. Placing his one hand on the window and the other inside his pant pocket he waited. A slow wind was blowing as if to soothe his sore feelings. The wind suddenly took a different course and began to blow a little more strongly. Suddenly he felt something tug his heart and instinctively looked up and was totally appalled by what he saw. Aastha was looking extremely sensuous in a saree, as she walked out of her apartment. He took his hand absent mindedly from the car, reached for his sunglasses and took them off to stare at the most beautiful, nymph like being. The wind was blowing in her direction and her open hair was flowing sideways in a graceful manner. The pallu of her saree was also elegantly flying in her wake.
Her eyes fell upon Shlok and she stopped in her tracks, astounded. Her heart did a somersault and started beating really fast. She thought "What is he doing here?" as she also stared at him in awe.
A: Shlok..?!
Shlok came out of his momentary trance, hearing his name from her mouth. He suddenly realized that how embarrassing it was to stand there and stare at her like an idiot. He immediately changed his expression and made it more business-like. Giving her a formal nod, he walked to the other side of the car and opened its door.
S: Aastha..Come on and get inside.
Aastha couldn't fathom his expression and was starting to get even more nervous. She quietly went up to the car door and looked once more at Shlok's impassive face. There was no sign of the friendly Shlok whom she had met yesterday. What had she done to make him like this? She silently got inside the car. He closed the door and walked around the car and he too got inside the car. He started the car and drove it out of her compound, without even looking at her. She looked at his side face and cleared her throat as if to gain his attention.
A: (uncertainly) Shlok..Where are we..
Shlok held out his hand signaling her to stop. Aastha swallowed her remaining words and looked at him perplexed. Shlok was still looking to the front, at the road, and started to talk seriously. He wanted to finish this off soon as both of them were getting late for the office.
S: Aasthaa..I know what you feel about me..I wanted to talk about it and that is why I have come to meet you..
Aastha was shocked and still she didn't want to show it.
A : (gently) What are you talking about Shlok..?!
S :(looked at her face and said slowly) I saw my wall paper in your phone yesterday.
Aastha felt as if she had got a hard blow on her head. She widened her eyes and opened her mouth uncertainly. She bit her lip and looked away from him, lowering her head guiltily.
S :(still looking at her, and continued seriously) You certainly owe me an explanation..!!
Aastha had never thought that her emotions will get ridiculed in such a way. She never expected this to happen and she cursed herself silently for leaving her cell phone near him yesterday. Tears of anguish filled her eyes.
A: (looking at Shlok) Shlok..I..
S: (indifferently, looked away from her and watched the road in the front) Aastha..I know that you won't be able to tell anything and I am certainly not interested in hearing out your explanation either..You are heading for trouble Aastha..That's all I want to say to you now.
Till now, uncertainty and embarrassment had coursed through her body. Now another powerful feeling overcame her former emotions. And she felt a sudden surge of anger towards him.
A :(angrily) What do you mean by that..?
Shlok was astonished to hear the tinge of anger in her voice, and he winced slightly. But again he recovered instantly and displayed his indifferent demeanor.
S: (still not looking at her)Stay away from me..That will be better for you..!
She felt as if he had slapped her.
A: Mr. Shlok Agnihotri..(clearly angrily and feeling hurt)
Shlok was suddenly shocked hearing her call him his full name. He looked at her feeling stupefied. Tears were flowing down her cheeks which had turned red.
A :(continued) I never came after you..In fact, It's you who came here to meet me today..All these years I have kept you in my heart and I have never tried to convey my feelings to you..(looked away from Shlok and sniffed)
It was Shlok's turn now, to feel embarrassed. Aastha was shaking all over and Shlok felt an instant urge to pat her shoulder and comfort her, but he controlled his feelings and looked away as he didn't want to show her his concerned expression.
A: Stop the car Shlok..
S: (looked at her again) Aastha..I will drop you at your office..
A: I said, STOP THE CAR..!!
Shlok was totally petrified and he took the car to a side and stopped it. Aastha opened the car's door and got out of the car swiftly. She slammed the door shut, signaled for an auto and went off in it.
Shlok was feeling totally put off by the turn of events and he thumped his fists on the car's steering, feeling exasperated.
He had actually come to talk with Aastha in a calm and matured sort of way. He had thought that he would be able to persuade her to stop loving him and advise her that love will only bring about pain in her life. But he was not sure of what had made him talk so bitterly to her. And now, all he had done was to insult her and make her cry.
S: I am sorry Aastha...I am sorry...
He placed his forehead on the car's steering and sighed heavily..
