OS Jaan ka Dushman *UPDATED PART 9 PG19*

Aditi, Astha and Shlok had arrived in Goa and after Shlok was finished he reluctantly agreed to take the girls sightseeing. Astha and Aditi walked around enjoying the sights, taking pictures, and checking out the vendors and shops around while Shlok followed behind them his eyes not leaving Astha.

"Shlok...Shlok" Aditi called "Kaha ko gaya"

"Bolo kya hua" Shlok said irritated

"Woh dekho waha mandir chalet hain na" Aditi said pointing to an old mandir that seemed to have a hundred stairs to climb before reaching the top

"Haan chalo naan Shlok" Astha smiled

"Chalte hain Astha lekin kya tum itni seeriyan char paongi" Shlok smirked

Her temper flaring Astha headed towards the mandir mumbling under her breath "akdu kahin ke...samajta kya hain apne aap ko"

Shlok and Aditi followed after her and finally caught up to her at the bottom of the steps

"Chalein" Aditi smiled

"Chalo" Astha said completely ignoring Shlok

The three of them had gotten only a few steps up when Aditi placed her foot slightly in front of Astha causing her to trip, fall forward and hurt herself "Aaahhh"

"ASTHA" Shlok screamed rushing to her side "tum theek to ho"

"Shlok mera pair" Astha cried "lagta hai usme moch aagayi hai"

"Astha tumhe dekh kar chalna chaiye tha na" Aditi threw in

Shlok gave Aditi an angry look and lifted Astha into his arms and began climbing up the steps towards the mandir while Aditi followed quietly angry that her plan failed once again.

"Shlok aap rehne dijiye" Astha cried "Mein aapka yahin intazar karloongi aap kaise mujhe upar tak godh mein lejayenge"

Shlok looked at her and said "Chale kar lejaoonga tumhe mandir jaana tha na". Astha looked at Shlok who was looking forward and tightened her arms around his neck, she closed her eyes and breathed him in, overwhelmed with his care she looked at him the entire way and he too turned to look into her eyes while he carried her up the rest of the way. They reached the top of the stairs but were too lost in each other's eyes to notice.

Aditi cleared her throat "Arre Shlok ab toh Astha ko neeche uthardo hum aagaye hain" breaking the couple out of their trance. Shlok gently placed Astha on the ground and wrapped his arm around her waist to give her support in standing placing a smile on Astha's face

The pandit came over and blessed Shlok and Astha "bacho tum dono ki Jodi 7 janamo ki Jodi hai shayad tum jaante nahi par yeh ek bahut purana mandir hai aur yaha ke logon ka yeh maana hai ke jo pati upni patni ko apne godh mein uthakar upar tak le aaye woh 7 janomo saath rahenge koi unhe judaa nahi kar sakta"

Astha looked up at Shlok with love filled eyes as their eyes met and unknowingly they moved closer to each other holding on tighter

"Yeh lo beta apni patni ki maang iss sindoor se bardo" the pandit said moving the aarti ki thali in front of Shlok.Shlok looked at the pandit and then back at Astha

"yeh lo beta dekh kya rahe ho" the pandit said moving the thali closer, Shlok took a pinch of sindoor and filled Astha's maang as a few sprinkles fell on her nose

"Wah Astha Shlok toh tumse bahut pyar karta hai" Aditi said bitterly. Shlok gave Aditi a piercing look as Astha blushed happily. The three of them completed their prayers and turned to head down the steps when Shlok turned to Astha and bent to lift her in his arms

"Nahi Shlok mein theek hoon aap dobara kaise mujhe aise godh mein..." Shlok interrupted her "tumne suna nahi pandit ji ne kya kaha" lifting her into his arms he heads down the steps. When they got to the bottom of the steps Shlok turned to Aditi and said "hotel chaltein hain Asth ko aaram karna chaiye"

"Theek hai" Aditi nodded opening the door for Shlok so he could place a now peacefully sleeping Astha in to the car. Fuming she climbed into the backseat and tried to figure out her new plan of action as Shlok drove to hotel.

AT THE HOTEL

Shlok lifted Astha out of the car and turned to Aditi "Chalo" he said nodding towards the hotel entrance

"Shlok tum Astha ko leh kar undar chalo mera phone car mein reh gaya hai"

"Hmmm" Shlok nodded and headed inside, Aditi waited a few minutes and then headed over the reception counter before heading to the 2 bedroom suite they were staying in.

Just as Aditi was walking in she heard the Shlok on the room phone "theek hai mein jaa raha hoon"

"Kya hua Shlok" Aditi said walking over to him "tum pareshan lagrahe ho"

"Haan Aditi mujhe kuch der ke layi client ko milne jaana ho ga aur Astha..."

"Toh mein hoon na Astha ke paas tum jao" Aditi smiled sweetly Shlok looked at her finally nodding his head he grabbed the keys to the car and headed out. While Aditi looked over at a peacefully sleeping Astha with an evil look on her face.

PRECAP: Shlok arrives at the office and asks his pa "clients aagaye kya" "kaunse clients sir?" frusterated Shlok yells " jinko milne ke liye mujhe office se phona aaya tha" "sir office mein mera siva aur koi nahi hain aur maine aapko phone nahi kiya" Shlok looks confused "toh phir woh phone kiska tha"
