maya astha wore the cloths etc that anjali gave her. Rest as far as hairstyle, she had similar hairstyle the day of wedding too.

she just looked like anjali bcos of jewellery etc. The bun bindi etc is done naturally anyway bcoz astha is smart enough to know that she is supposed to look "traditional: or sanskaari in front of baba and guru.
