Any one here ?

Good knows what happened went to dinner yest at a place called Cherokee steak house had catfish as don't it the other stuff and woke up this morning feeling ------ just awful also had a miserable night

did come here just for a min earlier but then started throwing up then went to sleep

Feeling much better now just woke up

yeah was wondering about u last night when i saw your post on the musical pretty late past 11:30 pm. Poor girl, if u not allergic to catfish (my fav too), then what caused it?

Tension mat le kisi baat ka, seriously. Lot of times that alone causes stomach upset and other problems, we all know that.

Left musical post to you half way, came here to see what happened.

Waise bhi afternoon nap is very refreshing and energetic. Proven scientifically that if one takes 20 min "power nap" only btw 2 to 4 pm, and NOT more than 20 min, mind becomes quite alert, energetic. Since these hours are uxually workplace hours, its even recommended to do that!😃 Saying it from personal experience too.
