Haider is a complex character, Priyu! As Barun always makes all his😊 and then makes us love all those angry young men😳

You remember, I called him externally flawed character earlier... It's His friend's marriage; but Haider cannot bring himself to speak anything other than his own pain... His friend is trying to help him out and he does a violent act of wanting to shatter down the whole world.

She's telling him her innermost secrets... he just walks off saying "Aap bol rahi thee... frankly main to bore ho gaya hoon."

As Sid mentions, he is running away from pain... doesn't want to deal with it... and in his interaction with loved ones, the pain takes over his reactions...

Hence the dialogue in the cemetery breakdown... " I made it all about me."

Meera is truly non judgemental... without knowing his reason for sudden betrayal or even after knowing it, she does not blame him in any way.

I am in absolute love with the pair... would love to see a sequel... even Tanhaaiyaan ek jashn would be great!

If you gals have actually seen the dawn, hats off to you!

I love the dawn and the dusk, too... especially watching the greens... Like previous evening, they don Gold on one side of theirs... and then the next dawn, the gold comes on the other side... I have always smiled at the thought ...that it's not just us who wear a gujju pallo on one side sometime and the regular pallo sometime.

Early morning, the birds chirping... one small kittu( parakeet) comes in my garden, holds the stalk of plants and sucks the honey from flower... it's so fun watching ...

I was surprised that Meera slapped him only once in the series
his words to her were so hurtful so was his actions later
but she truly understood why he did it
and at last when she says agar dobara Aisa Kiya to I swear I will kill u and then the hug
she accepts him with all his flaws
he took time to get out of his pain
he needed Raza mom to tell him to move on
he was a hurt guy who blamed himself for Raza death

Slapping was like a shock treatment needed to bring him out of his self woven cocoon. He was like a spoiled child but very lovable at the same time. Somebody needs to beat up a child who does not listen by normal means. He was not listening to Sid, he refused to call up Khala... hence her slapping is like a nurturing action for him to bring him onto right track. The next day he goes and hugs his friend... and Sid says, this is cause for concern. ( his acting like a spoiled child reflected in her dialogue later... take care Haider, you're not a baby)

The Hug... was one of the grandest hug ever seen on telly screen! I mean they should frame it and hang it as an example of how lovers meet.

Yes he is a hurt guy blaming himself... that's why "externally flawed but very very genuine inside". The way he helps Avanti in spite of her bashing him up. Rather, the way he encourages her like an older bro to open out and tell the truth to Sid... Barun nails every shot. His voice modulation... be it the dialogues, be it the shaayari ... takes us to heaven.
