Yup Priyu! It has got multiple dimensions... remember, when she wore the red sari and came as Mrs. Advay Singh Raizada, she had used the dialogue... tashan same to same back to back... so here she uses it for loving.

There's equality... a very important part in any relationship... In Indian society, generally men are the drivers for physical relation while women are meant for emotional quotient. The psyche of women also becomes submissive due to ages of teaching, mythology, upbringing, societal norms... lots of stuff...

Physically, nature has given a woman equivalent sexual desire... why should a woman in her very own personal relationship not be allowed to express her sensuality? Equality in a relationship comes from both acceptance of sensuality and otherwise of individuality. The individuality part comes in where she argues with Advay for her belief in rituals and her way of looking at life. The same equality is reflected when in physical union he allows her the reigns.

I find both aspects very important for a man woman strong ongoing relationship.

I am so happy that you noticed it and liked it. Rituals in Hindu religion are hugely influenced by Priest society and thereafter societal women oppression. Originally, when rituals were given in Rigveda, they were meant for giving us positive energy and strength.

Have you ever noticed, Rigveda or Bhagavad gita do not anywhere speak about doing pooja in a particular way or doing fast... they are completely based around spiritual uplifting of a human being.

It's disgusting nowadays when corrupt politicians, gundas in society do big poojas and visit temple. We have lost true meaning of our religion.

It was a small attempt from my side to bring out the true spiritual i.e. positive mind strength aspect of rituals. There are so many books and gurus on this positive thinking nowadays... especially in American world. The real positive thinking was followed through our rituals ... to be invoked by self in a self.
