I actually liked her look in the beginning then now...

Just after three episodes...

They decreased her bindi size... There was a scene in the Shikha and meghu intro epi.. she was standing by the windows..

I thought she was gorgeous... Like really drop dead siren ..

And the kattu gilheri look is my fav..

Small bindi.. half sleeves.. silky hairs.. she was really a kattu gilheri.

I am not sure, its upto him what he wants to do but I have always thought that when you are part of a profession you do whatever is necessary to be professional. Saas bahu dramas are typical but they are most stable,well liked and rewarding as compared to all other genre. It also leaves a lasting image on trp population. I havent seen him in a typical role. His first season was different int he sense that gul's hero are not typical indian beta. They are more the mills and boons type

it did give her an other wordly look. she looked different, exotic but people had issues so they changed her looks. I only disliked the red saree make up combo, other than that i think she always looked gorgeous.
