I see your soft corner for chandini and I can't blame you for that!!

For a change unlike the standard fls of this ph here was a character sketch that was promised to us on paper and during the various launch ivs by makers and actors , it's one brilliant character but unfortunately for majority of viewers atleast for me the execution on screen the vision the director had or rather the lack of a vision about how chandini is supposed to be!!
The kuch bhi careless way of handling the character and the new actor thinking Sobti and Ritu there na so why take too much effort on the female lead messed it up but kudos to you for taking the pains to read her 😡 🥱

I stopped watching the show after the first week then caught up with scenes here and there but the ping pong of fls characterisation left me 😕 started watching again for Sobti and here I'm as of now the new revamped look and the kinda clean slate that they have magically brought in made me come here :D
because of the brilliant portrayal of Sobti I can understand the character of Advay to an extent despite the writing issues sadly his character is messed up to make us feel sympathetic towards the fl

my only issue was the maker and the writers built a flimsy excuse as foundation for his revenge
They could have just made him hate her because she's the daughter of the Vashisth family and thereby using her as his pawn in his revenge against Indrani!! What a painful but beautiful love story would it have been with his heart rooting for his childhood bestie and his brain trying to hate her for his loss
Thankfully his massi hate for Vashisth kandan is justified her issue is not with chandini but because she's part of the family!

Coming back to the story just wanted to share my understanding despite the inconsistencies and weekly character changes of chandini
the child who's been battling her whole life for acknowledgment affection from her mother despite knowing she's the step mother the lack of her father's involvement into her life aggravated this desperation to please Indrani here I do feel that despite she coming to know advay's true identity I doubt it'll be easy for her to just go into I hate Indrani mode because dev was her best friend her craving for acknowledgment from
The parent figure cannot be resolved just because dev is back in her life !! Indrani has read her Well and going by today's episode and precap Indrani is going to further manipulate her

Feel sorry for the girl who's stuck in this vicious cycle, according to me only Advay can heal her bring her out of this let me do things for ma naani sisters ke liye jhaap and finally dev himself when the truth is out.
Why I said Advay only can heal her is unlike her though dev the boy is wounded and seeking revenge a solution to his loss Advay the man has luckily been blessed with a sound happy family and once his misunderstanding of chandini's involvement is resolved he's in a position to help out chandini , he can be the bad guy to the real villains and be the Prince Charming to chandini!! Don't know if I made sense

The revamp has really made this show watchable not just for Sobti but overall it's become better all the makers need to concentrate is on carrying this forward I have no great expectations from the show as they've already messed it up royally but hail new beginnings!!

Chandini reason to remain in the marriage once again is her gratitude to Nani's kindness towards her when she was all alone neither her mother nor her patidev was there. It makes sense what chandini did but her physical reaction to proximity of Advay when he was spouting crass dialogues was 🥱 let's say momentarily hormones drowned out husky Patidev's voice but it would have been a good touch if there was a brain freeze moment where she's just shocked but goodness Sobti nailed that scene as the antihero who's at his menacing best he's not fallen for her nor was there any hint of love in his voice all he aimed for was to make her feel repulsed 😃 a girl getting attracted to a man is not wrong but going with her traumatic experience with that kidnapper it looked a bit odd her reactions to Advay had always been a what the

Advay has no remorse whatsoever though I feel his whole revenge against chandini jhaap has shifted to chandini's family

Nani though positive and I like her but her Cupid wala actions I don't understand
If she lost her daughter and son in law in the tragedy lost her eyesight knows who the true villain is Indrani then given her relationship with cheeku she just needs to have a proper heart to heart for him to wake up and smell the coffee

Revenge against the adults who destroyed his family makes sense not this going on targeting Chandini and her character

Unlike an Arnav who's root issue was the other woman in his parents life issue there though crass as it was the characterless jhaap was to an extent justified within the boundaries of creativity but here advay not trusting chandini Is ok because he's witnessing her maa ke liye jhaap on loop so as of now his animosity towards her seeing her undying devotion to her family the lady who's destroyed her dev's family makes sense but to keep insulting her and questioning et character dude your granny herself said there are girls waiting for you back in London here you've an issue with her having so called child you went ahead harassed a girl into a marriage giving her a condition of keeping her secret but goes ahead breaks all the things you promised and now you're going on calling her names
Writers Sobti can do only so much to salvage the shoddy writing stop messing his character to make us feel sympathetic towards chandini

Don't want to whine and spoil the mood for those enjoying the show but there's so much one can ignore in the name of creative liberty

after the big mess they're trying to make up so not going to be a spoilsport

All I expect when watching is some sought of consistency and this new but previously shown avatar of chandini was a much required step I don't expect her to give tit for tat nor do I want her to be crying 24/7 like today be firm but polite and just making it clear that she's not going to be a doormat 😆

Chalo we know all the rasams will be fulfilled not because Chandu decided nani ke liye but because the makers want us to watch the pair 😆 what will be fun is seeing telecom tycoon attempt to fulfill his promise but will fail 😉 failure can be contributed to him leaving behind his professor profession 😃

Chandini response to his touch I would like to say was messed by execution it was not supposed to be a romantic moment it was a retreating into her personal space though the camera focus on her heaving chest seemed to say otherwise and toe curling nothing to say for that

heck the man is as crass as Pp ATM so there's no room for romance

Wish the writers understood that illogical romance won't let people appreciate the chemistry of the leads if you can't relate to the characters and their actions showing them rabba veying will only get praises from the hormonal fans!!

she still may not hate her mom
For till now she loves Indrani the most

Advay will find it very hard to make her believe what Indrani did ll those years back

Indrani may or may not know Naani but I think she will know Leela
Once she knows he is Dev she will be vengeeful

I just fear Indrani may try to kill Naani or Advay
