Hi ,

I am sorry but I dare to disagree with due respect.

The first few episodes, clearly showed us an Advay intent on revenge, Even in the promos he was shown as an extremely dark character who sets the girls dupatta on fire, and even almost allows the burning Ravan effigy to fall upon her,

So we knew what we were going to get with Advay.

In between when the PP wedding track started, Advay started to act all flirty and romantic, but it was only an act to manipulate Chandini. He was still intent on his revenge

yes he mellowed down a bit after the PTSD attack only to hate her even more once he found out that she had abandoned a 1day old child.

So I don't see, how his character has been suddenly changed for the sake of TRP's. This is what we signed up for from day 1, its just that it has taken them this long to serve it up.

Advay was always shown very cruel and manipulative, I for sure am loving it and think it is exactly the way he was shown in the early promos. Even Barun himself set that this is a very dark character whose actions cannot be justified. Nevertheless Gul has offered him this role, as she felt that only Barun could make Advay's actions justifiable.

So It was never an angry young man, it was always a Anti hero.

Ok so they showed a fake advay all along!? And now he has changed colours!!? Guess he is not a human, he is a chameleon! GOT YA! Look I am gonna stick with my opinion so let's just agree to disagree! I have seen every episode and in no episode he wa shown to be a psychopath with no feelings!

That was way too cruel!! Now what..will he send her to her house with a baby!! Then?? What abt others!! Only chandni will face his wrath for others wrong doings as well!!!

Now i really want her to take chandi's roop and give him back!!!

Well I agree with everything you say.. he is here to define anti hero.

But they said he is manipulative, calculative.. intelligent ,and so on.making her stand all night doesn't suit him though.

Iam not saying it's pure evil. Iam saying it's pure dumb. Which is not so ASR.

cvs should think creative and logically possible tortures. You know just get into character and ask ' what would advay do ?'

A person who is so emotionally affected by a girl, cannot sleep peacefully while she stands there! It is common sense! I didn't know he will suddenly be changed into a psychopath! Anyway I am not gonna argue anymore! I am just disappointed!

Advay is cruel. Barun Sobti is someone who always makes you feel empathetic towards his character whatever he does, good or bad, but today was different. For once i didnt felt for him. I do understand, he's blinded by hatred. And he's not only hurting but breaking her from inside too. I just wish someday he's repent and redeem himself.

I felt so bad for Chandni. I wish she atleast tried to give it back somehow, may be its just her character, but enduring helplessly makes me sadder. May be her attempt would go futile, but it would give us viewers some peace of mind.

But no complaint, i promised myself i won't do that whatever happens. Fingers crossed I stay put on my decision.

On this thread I would like everyone to feel free about airing and sharing their views, without any inhibitions.

We should be able to defend our views and read other differening views without offending or taking offence

So peals feel free to debate and discuss , lest just remember that we can criticise points, views, but not make personal remarks.

So thank you all for being so honest with your opinions

As I said, only the him going off to sleep instantly while leaving her standing was in advay like - the last I would've expected was advay restless and tossing and turning

Advay was also not small and petty, he always acted big, and this leaving her standing was the actions of a small man, so I feel the CVs stepped out of his character there

The veiled "rape" threat was something I didn't comment on because I think it was just an empty threat, which was just an intimidatory tactic because he read Chandni's fear and used it.

Yes he is an anti hero and we will hate him more and more over the next few days, but that's what the story line is and as Chitra says it was always evident and we signed up for it!

He is focused only on Chandni - to him she is the face of the injustice - so his torture will be directed at her

Her Chandi roop - I think she will show her strength in a different way, and she will fight back but quietly I think

Yeah I agree you make a valid point

But what I am trying to say is that , they have shown him setting her on fire in promos , ok he comes and saves her in the nick of time. But nevertheless he is setting her on fire.

So itna extent tak dikhane ke baad, making her stand all night is just nothing in comparison IMO

Also the only benefit of doubt I will give him is that maybe after all the thrashing her has had all day. He probably crashed and didn't realise that he left her standing.

Maybe he just feel asleep as his body did receive a great deal of battering, the fact that he was still standing is amazing HEHE !!

you know from now on , everyone is going to clash on Advay.

Hence why I asked a few weeks ago for ideas on how this revenge is going to be played out, because there is a very thin line between seeking revenge and inflicting abuse,

SO will have to wait and see

But as for now, I am willing to give him a benefit of doubt, becoz this is what I signed up for HAHA !!

I know that sounds sadistically gross, but I am waiting for from to eventually fall hard for her and the kick himself in the balls for all the thingns he has done.
