Oh come on, have you guys not seen any Rajnikanth or Salman Khan or Telugu movies ?? Have you not secretly enjoyed the downright crazy and unbelievable stunts these superstars churn out ?

Barun bechara kisi super star se kam hai kya ? 😃😃 Let him have fun, doing scenes which are out of the ordinary. Lets not tie him up with our expectations. At least now nobody can complain that Advay resembles Arnav in character !!

Arnav was human , we related to him. We adore him. That's because we conveniently forgot some of the mean things he did, quite inhuman things actually. Just think of Arnav after 4-5 weeks into the show - the things he had done - he imprisoned her overnight, tore her clothes, dropped her from a floor above, fed her pictures to the media putting her in constant danger. Most of us only got to watch Arnav first after he was already turning into a softie, that is around Diwali/New year's time. If we had seen him right at the start, we might have been troubled by his behavior.

But Arnav has our admiration because we have had 1.5 yrs + 5 yrs of viewing, revisiting and literally dissecting his character !

Advay is not your boy next door. Lets face it, accept it. He is being portrayed as a king size character with heroic skills. Yes, this may not work to feed our romantic illusions but it is nevertheless a different attempt at a TV character.

Who knows ! The TRP aunties may love it, and the show may beat EK's Shakti just due to this one stunt 😆😆😆 !!!

So chill, cool the outrage and laugh it off. And yes, we always have the option of using the remote when things are not to our liking.

I myself have told that Barun is the Rajnikant of TV. But aaj toh kuch zyada hi hi gaya. You go to a Rajnikant movie fully knowing what to expect.
But the makers didn't promise us a Padaiyappa. So this was not what I thought I would get to see and it is highly disappointing.

Yes, I have mentioned that there is a goddamn remote which you can put to use if you don't like it. If things continue like this, I might as well practice what I preach. But its freaking Barun Sobti. I can't do it. I will have to appease myself with frustration threads and more frequent acid reflux attacks. Damn!!

I grew up watching Amitabh Bachchan films when he was at his peak and played the all action hero, yes that's how old I am. I have watched him do the most illogical stunts and I loved him and them for what they were - entertainment! They never made me doubt either his acting capabilities or his choice of films, because of his integrity to his work. He always delivers a performance not matter how illogical a scene. For every such scene that I could have ridiculed, had I wanted to, I got to watch so many more scenes in his films that I still cherish. In my humble opinion these are the best films ever made in Bollywood, had I got hung up on logic I would have missed on so many of these classics. Personally I have similar view of Barun, IPK3 and his integrity to his work.

As far as I am concerned IPK3 is a masala daily soap and therefore I expect a mix of Romance, Drama, Comedy and Action, and logic is a secondary requirement. If we have for years accepted masala logic levels for hindi films why not daily soaps? Neither are realistic and neither have they claimed to be. I don't watch daily soaps in general, but I have not come across any that are based on pure logic or reality.

IPK franchise has always had logic defying tracks and I remember telling myself that I am watching a hindi daily soap and to put logic on hold in the past too, whole episodes have defied logic. Finally, maybe Gul doesn't want to make another 'realistic' love story, seeing that previous levels of reality has caused such confusion between the realms of reality and fantasy for so many, to the detriment of all involved.

Same! Same! Same! here. This precap made me totally upset😭
Till now whatever was happening from magnetic sole, robot controlled pigeons to PP's body being in flames without burning him- I could relate logic to it somewhere and I was still justifying it even though I wasn't convinced myself, BUT THIS ONE WAS TOO MUCH 😡
I mean I accept everything because it's Barun's show but as an audience I can expect this little bit of logic atleast where I can atleast connect it somewhere to the reality?
I am totally dissappointed with it and I am scared that whatever little bit of trp it was garnishing so far, that might go down further because of this stupid stunt.
I will watch tomorrow's episode only after skipping this scene😔
