It was pretty clear from the episode that Advay no longer thought Chandni slept with PP since she told him she went to his guest house - he is back to teasing her, even ogling her and caller her "khoobsoorat" for the first time

I do wish they had made it a bit more obvious for the audience who is not into dissecting the show like we are thought - nonetheless, I am grateful they are not dragging this MU further
