Not explicitly shown! But remember bangle which chandu sold...It was close to her as it belonged to her Mom...
And indrani didn't ask why did u sell my bangle? Instead she seemed to know importance of bangle in chandus life

Chandni must be 3 at time of her mother death or less . indrani is step mother and Sikhs and megha are real sister and real daughters of indrani

Coming back to your questions

It does sound like Chandni is Indrani's step daughter. But it is not fully clear.

When Chandni was taking the bangle, Yash said, it was his wife's bangle and was kept for his daughter. Chandni said, she is going to return it to her.

If it is Indrani's bangle, you expect Chandni to tell Indrani before selling it, right?

That is all I can say.

Hmmm. So Indrani is real mom to S and M, but step-mom to C. Meaning that S and M are products of Indrani and her first husband. Or from same father as C. Oho! This is like those fat historical novels where they provide you a family tree on the inside cover :-)

The bangle scene actually suggested that he has only one daughter---Chandni. That is where I began to wonder if S and M were products of Indrani's first husband.
