Hello people. Was just pqssing by when i read some articles mentioning how this serial has no plot whatsoever. Which brings me to write this poat here refuting that claim.

This show actually took me by surprise with how well the story was crafted out till now( editing still needs fluidity though).

We have a hero who believes that his childhood friend is responsible for his loss and he is here to hurt her back for hurting him. He also has this entire conspiracy to uncover of how and why his parents were killed and by whom. He has a younger brother to find too.

Now we have the heroine who is haunted by her past and hence scared to the point of being seen as a coward yet keeps struggling to overcome it.

This is overlapped by the premise that there is this treasure inside the temple locked up by an ancient method which is a nice ethnic touch.

I am amazed hoiw ignorant people are of our pwn civil engineering heritage that even with a proper explanation the whole lock system which works on the position of the sun and the production of certain specific sounds as bullshit. Just in case you are one of thoise people let me tell you that such locking systems and architecture actually dows exist in india from as far as 3rd century bc. In ajanta allora caves therr are temples that are built which have a the shadow of it's axis fall exactly on the stupa inside during the winter and Sumner solistice. The fort built by shivaji maharaj has sabha graha where even the drop of a pin is amplified and heard at the throne. Secret chambers that open only when the sound of a certain frequency is made also exist from the times of kadamba period( i think) where the frequency is met by chanting a certain verse with the perfect enunciation starting from the lowest scale to the highest. ANd there are many more examples mostly found in south india, not to mention just last year an entire basement full of treasure was found in a south indian temple.

The fact that each character is well crqfted is an added bonus along with the coinvincing acting which doesn't cross the too overboard bridge yet.

So overall this show definitely exceeds my expectations till now and i hope it will continue to do so.

Completely agree with you. I like the way how the writers are using their brain in this show. Cloud seeding technique has been used even in China. It has been scientifically proved of its worth. And the fact that Advay, a professor uses his brain at apt situations is like a relief after seeing all funny plotting planning by the people in other daily soaps. And when you mentioned about the sun rays unlocking the door, I googled it and found few interesting information too. So I have no problem with the episode yesterday. And I duno what more character developments the others want to see in just 2 weeks. 😆

Let me try and explain the passing posts that said the show lacks plot

The premise of the show is interesting ... old city, tradition , deception , etc ...the loss is supposed to be the base of the MLs character... till then agreed

What ever I watch in week one I could not see the plot moving anywhere in fact it was going everywhere...

One instance to begin with the entire anger is redirected towards a 8 year old ... it's shown as if ASR thinks she's the mastermind of this massive plot lol

I don't care if it's logically, they have to make me believe it's logical that's the way the character is
They failed in doing that ... instead of sounding interesting I found the character clueless

I, the hatred is understood they conveyed it well ... but assuming her to be responsible for a massive plot ... scheming at the age of 8 instead of seeming Inyeresting seemed very silly

If the plot was Using her a bait it should be shown ...it's missing ...all the dialogues are as if she cheated him ... when they say that it's diluting the plot ...too many dialogues all conveying different things

Coming to fantasy triller ... interesting again ... but this is not The way to execute it

Honestly I don't care whether ML is Barun or FL sananya or Shivani r ... the story n chancterization is interesting I watch it

I started off by watching The episodes on the same day but after 3 rd episode I lost interest ... because I could not understand where they are going with the plot ... n I am not going to watch the episode for leads chemistry or baruns dialogues
So gave the show a chance ... they couldn't retain my interest ...

If I feel the plot is building up I will be back to watching it again

pS had the lead been sananya n not Shivani ... my post would have been the same ...I don't think any actor has the power to override ridiculous writing n sustain interest ... probably the people arguing with me might be different

on one side they want everything to get known on one epi and other side saying pace is too fast😆 in btw few people are washing hand on behti ganga cause the frustration tht fav is not paired in this..

I am enjoying the show and honestly i liked the fact how they explained the temple door opening in 16 yrs rather than those regressive stuff ..

And yes advay is plotting stuff with brain rather than twisting stuff .

The story is quite gripping now
So many sub plots are there
The actors are doing so well
I really don't get how people feel it is crap
This temple secret keeping is so unique

thank you for pointing this out . i think right now ipkknd3 is the only show running on logic. it aims to give a social message to let people not fooled by superstition that is good. its different think that gul is trying here. the only thing is they need to execute this stuff more properly . general audience is dumb in this matter, until and unless you dont tell them again and again in proper way they wont understand.

No concept no plot - seems like tagline of forum... I honestly couldn't understand them ...because I could see potential Story...I can see writers are trying hard to make everything logical...I am glad they r trying instead of naming everything as supernatural... They could have easily done it but they didn't

All Indian serials starts based on single line concept and they keep on developing it...sometimes they move a lot away from original story line...but here they seem to have complete Story

I agree they are many technical mistakes in directing, editing and BGM... For me, till now none of these mistakes were intolerable... I am fine when people talk about this

But I do Laugh out loud when I read no concept no plot...

@bold...I agree.. ..they need to explain things again an again to reach people
But again if they had showed chandu explaining it for five mins...
People would have said they felt bored and sleepy...they didn't sign up for this...pace is so slow...and what not

Yes, I have heard about temple locks and reciting of certain mantras to open them, like you said their specific enunciation is like a password. So I really like the temple mystery plot they have.

I'm thankful that the show is going the logical way. They do seem to have put a lot of thought and research into this. But making it look convincing to the audience is an uphill task for the makers. Some stuff like cloud seeding, the general audience wouldn't understand it immediately but it definitely wasn't illogical because it does have a scientific explanation.

I think many people are used to simple direct stories and illogical stuff that when something logical comes up, it tends to throw them off.
