Looks like she wrote the letter to him earlier when they were teenagers probably... The letter had an essence of her wait for him... Childhood sweethearts... That makes matters more intense as she is waiting for the return of her love and he is back in her life, but revenge in his mind...

I would love to see how Advay burns in guilt after hurting our Chandu each time...
