goodbye post surbhi never stood a chance

the writing was on the wall but we didn't see it. no picture for spa awards until fans protested. after daksh defeat a sudden 180 with mohit and surbhi and annika 's character being sidelined. now all of a sudden gul has money for promotions upon promotions, bringing in respected senior actors and even launching a new show when surbhi was wearing the same outfit for weeks on end. truth be told i have a serious feeling that trps will be high or stable tomorrow and gul and the ph will have the last laugh.

This isn't about whether or not they get some ratings for the leap. Die hard NM fans can continue with their forced praise of the leap, it won't change the truth about the C grade quality of the show right now.

Everyone has their own reasons for what they want to do in the short term. In the long term though, Shivika will live on as icons. No one can change that. Not these petty PR games or lame fan wars b/w individual fans.

This isn't just about sabotaging SC. The makers totally lost interest in continuing Shivika so they sabotaged them overall.

What money for promotions? Lol this is the standard promotion they do for any track. Even Mohit and his stupid helicopter and that Mandana got this much promotion only. So why crying so much over Supriya P ki entry? Gul wants to continue the show in her ego, that's her problem. But overall nothing has changed. Only the show has become quite obviously D grade and SP/PH just look sad trying to promote it. lol

@itihaas: I don't think the makers are interested in living up to or outdoing Shivika. This is just business as usual for them. A cookie cutter so called love story with cliched characters. There is no interest in nuance or depth on any front.

They want to continue for the sake of it and some ppl will watch just for the sake of it. Not for any real attachment beyond staring at NM's face. Lol although I personally find it hard to even look at his face now given this awful look that doesn't suit him one bit. But to each their own *shrugs*

Since inception of redux ratings went low which crossed 2+ once wedding was done & stayed consistent till daksh exit.any Maker's of sane mind would than move on to explore the Dynamics of leads but here we got jaadugar out of nowhere still show bounced back & Maker's again went for tej murder & PTSD tracks which served no purpose be it ratings or social messages.

Gul claimed show wasn't doing good & shivika aren't working when actually there was no Annika since jaadugar track.it was only glorification of sso & his mahanta yet it's sc who faced the burnt costing her this show.

Coming to leap seems audience already accepted new storyline & Jodi cos when I called up they said why would we scrap leap when it's getting numbers.

Also online fans also seem to have accepted new Jodi already.

Trps or no this show isn't going anywhere for atleast 6 months as star has no other show lined up.

I doubt gul would have active participation because she has another show coming up so again ib is left at Mercy of hs who is busy rebooting tracks.i really for once hope hs fullfilles every fantasy of her with regards to shivaay/NM & move on.i really can't take obsession with one characy/actor Being reasons for show to have such pathetic storyline.

All in all everyone moved on with new leap/Jodi already gaining acceptance as per sp themselves.

& Now I hope sc gets better projects which justify her talent & gets her some more limelight.

P.s. did Disney takeover starindia or gul over starpluss.

Coming to trps Ib has been very lucky in that front.leap being heavily promoted in each break,from no repeat telecast to two telecasts at prime noon,heavy promotions through segments clubbed with shivika murder mystery can bring trps for a month or two which is long enough to establish a base for coming months.

Well show chale ya na chale.jodi chale ya na chale ib was done for me when SC shot her last .So I wouldn't bother watching.
