Waise if I wanted to nitpick, technically Anika DID sunaao a little to Pinky during the seperation track...haha when she came back to the house and they had that little "Biwi no. 1" moment of Anika declaring ki Shivay will bring her back to the house...very briefly Anika aa gayi thi tadi mode mein but soon enough they made her back off and back to good bahu mode...haha

It's a minor loophole though to this overall arc...

Anika ka disbelief toh *sigh* I can't even explain how touching it is...and the way SC portrays it...this is why she makes it hard to detach from the show...aisi actress ab main aur kahaan dhundoon TV pe? The brilliant subtle yet powerful emoting she does...like you can see it all in Anika's eyes in that moment...the tears of disbelief shining there and then the feeling of being overwhelmed...this is the one thing that Anika has done always in a heartbreakingly beautiful manner...literally every Gul FL is shown as an orphan...but the way SC plays that yearning, that gratefulness for family is a class apart...she elevates Anika to a whole another level as always...today again there was like a world of emotion in her eyes...this was a dream come true for her...having always craved Pinky's affection as an extension of Shivaay... exactly this kahan se laaye doosri SC and doosri anika. SC is the reason A pretty mediocre character on paper became so special and she keeps adding that zing and presenting that simple copy paste wala orphan character as something never seen before when we all know this is literally the brief for every heroine . it is in her presentation that gives a total new feel and makes anika so refreshing. so with you on anika ki eyes main emotion dekhna. i have not come across any other actress who can play with her eyes so beautifully i loved loved the look of disbelief she gave to shivaay before he put his hands across her that yeah it's ok go ahead. it is in these small small touches in these small looks that just make it worth watching it 100 times. there were no heavy repentance dialogues no bhari bhari shabd or promises from both ends but still the impact was bigger than a full week of those maafi naamas caz it was all in the eyes of both the ladies and then the men just watching silently being a support for both their better halves while shakti kinda hit it on the spot casually without even realizing that it will hit pinky in that place and she will be overtaken by guilt and then him just letting her take it out and be free finally and shivaay on this end being the support for both anika and for pinky too encouraging both to take that step to being the bridge for both of them in that moment . AHH the beauty 😳

What actually breaks my heart is ki Anika aisi hai ki crumbs of affection mein bhi khush ho leti hai...she's never the kind to make an overt show of mujhe beti maano, banaao ya behen banaao...she takes whatever affection she gets with such love...cherishing it...even if secretly hoping for that ultimate level of affection...even today, Pinky giving her preference over Shivaay was an overwhelming moment for Anika...but all she did was smile teary eyed...only spoke up when Pinky was showing her regret...again in such an Anika like manner downplaying it just as Pinky ka gussa...lol +1 to all of this i cannot stress enough on how this changes everything. i love it too that anika ko bade bade vaade promises kasme vaade nahi chahiye she has no big dreams jitna hai ussi main khush ho jao that is her quality that really touches you i eman kitne log hai jo itne main khush ho jaayein. real life main toh aaj kal shayad hi koi aisa ho har kisi ko zyada ki bhook hai phir woh koi materialistic cheez ho ya pyar ya nafrat. also the fact that anika doesn't like to put her stamp on it and have no issues with ehr loved ones showering the same love on anyone else too like she doesn't want it all for herself she is ok with whatever she gets and whatever other people get. she is ok with sharing and not into kisi ka bhi haq maarna even if that means she gets less of it it is ok. again her downplaying everything is so endearing but at times it gets annoying too but then yehi anika hai and that is why we love her .

p.s i also want to add i love that anika never ever plays an abla situation kuch bhi ho this girl will find a way to fight to rebel against situation and will come out victorious go anika.

I feel like they are saving that ultimate level of Pinky asking her to call her "Maa" for the aftermath of this track...as a fresh start to Anika's craving for a mother. BINGO. i think after all the truth comes out pinky might be her support and int hat finale she will be like meri beti and will tell her to call ehr maa we still have thodi awkwardness between pinnika in the sense that anika still hesitates to fully bask in the glory of pinky ka pyar caz she is not sure ke hawa ka rukh kab badal jaaye and they definitely need to get to know each other more babhi bhi thodi formality hai but then i think with this if it comes to the whole who believes family and who stands with who which it obviously will i have this feeling that it will be pinky and anika on one team whatever side it will be . i hope this time they won't disappoint me. maybe pinky will then shower anika with maa wala pyar and help her come out of this rde shock out of guilt and be the mother that she never had caz as of now pinky is not in mood to take anyone's shit in regards to anika and shivika . i am being extra optimistic but maybe yahan bhi apni nayi soch tika dein ke saas ne bete ko chod ke bahu ka saath dia types. what other thing i really like is that little bit of formality should've written it above but ok whatever you don't get all hunky dory ina day ke ab sab theek hai that yes pinikka are slowly slowly becoming close and comfortable with each other and accepting that is bloody realistic touch. Also have to say it here that i also really really really appreciate the fact that it is coming not caz anika is about to give a waaris to the family or is going to be beneficial in that sense for pinky as of now that it is all coming from deep inside without any bandish ke ab toh like karna hi padega caz i have my matlab

Pinky is all heart...she has her pride and ego but can surprisingly melt into a totally gracious marshmallow too if she feels convinced in her heart...that is what we saw today...a Pinky going about trying to make amends in her own way...it's taken her a while to get around to this direct apology...before this she was indirectly showing her softening towards Anika...but today her taking the step to directly utaaro her nazar was quite a big deal...It was also worth noting that she didn't make it all about Shivaay as she usually does...Pinky's defining characteristic in this show since day one has been that her life revolves around Shivaay...everything begins and ends with Shivaay for her...for THAT Pinky to not take offense to Shakti teasing her that she's switched parties and infact EMBRACE the fact that she can't help but adore Anika, that Anika's goodness managed to kill the hatred in her heart...it struck a very authentic note today...thanks in large parts to NA's stupendous acting too, ofcourse👏👏

also idk if i already said that or no but just notice how pinnika are such mirror images of each other in most of their mannerisms behavior hyperness being straight af etc etc even in this and the men are the calm to these toofans they're real parallels to each other gahhh i love ke for the first time ever i guess we can see such attention to detail i am 100% positive ke tukka hai but these quirks nuances are too hard to miss . they are ek doosre ka aaina in more ways then we are shown . i wish we get this explored more and more and more. not only their characteristics but even down tot heir body language pinky and anika are just the same yeh saas bahu ko track dedo yeh sabko kacha kha jaayein with their awesomeness😳

Oh they absolutely are...Anika's just a much more sweeter version of Pinky...lol but baaki nautanki, gregariousness, fierce, blunt nature...living to drive Shivaay up the wall...haha kaafi similarities hain :P...baaki sab toh NA and SC bring to these roles with their fantastic tuning together too...

same they were such a cute part of this otherwise bleh sa scene just there for the hint. it was adorable to see billu being slightly embarrassed by his childhood talks and shrartein awww. i guess shayad first time hi hai we are hearing all this and it is so natural to feel likebutt of all jokes like billu hehee the slight defensive statement ke jo samjh aaya maine kia was superrr awww ani cheek pe kiss kar deti iske he was being too frigging adorbs in his slight embarrassing situation

LOL honestly baaki log toh mujhe dikhe hi nahin...whole scene was a setup to give Shivaay a clue about Bua anyways...haha...but it was an enjoyable setup cuz aajkal Pinky is spontaneously sharing memories of a young Shivaay and aaj toh Shivaay ki embarassed reaction was adorable...but ofcourse he would have tried to give an explanation...haha...saare couples mein se bas yehi do relaxed and tuned into each other lage...TejVi are anyways laughable😆...but these two were a perfect picture of two different generations ke couples but with a deep love that's obvious when you look at them.

i am also conflicted about what to make of all this stress on pyar of family and how anika is everyone's apple of the eye but dekhte hain for now they've got my attention let's hope zyada disappoint na karein jo bhi karna hai dhang se karein though in IB land it is a given 3, 4 good episodes and then raita so i am prepared any which way

LOL let's see how tomorrow's epi is...last few weeks toh Friday's epis have been absolute crap even if the week is decent otherwise...but yeah a good week otherwise compared to the many weeks of torture in b/w.

I'm wondering if as usual humara pappu banega that Anika's reactions will even be given any space or as usual it will become about Shivaay and his breakdown only...lol after ages, Anika's past seems to be getting some mileage...let's see if it reaches somewhere this time or phuss as usual.

Good point...I liked the way she handled that too...it was very Pinky...but the reason for lack of 30 min long sob story also might be cuz Pinky's redemption is not the central focus of this track...lol it was sort of an interlude put in today, likely to set up whatever's coming future mein...so that's why it only got that much time today...still a great scene.

So true...it was like a whole conversation was happening even beyond what Pinky was expressing verbally...more than her verbal remorse/regret, there was a remorse in her eyes that Anika totally understood...that pain and regret as she listed out the many things that Anika had done for them all...as she chided Anika for lowering her head...ek apnepan ke saath chide kiya, samjhaya aur apne aap ko humble bhi kiya Anika ke saamne...the words were powerful but their eyes expressed even more than that...brilliantly performed.

Word...even I was expecting that they will only show Pinky showing remorse or softening over a pregnant Anika, fulfilling her waaris obsession...but to get this now without those strings attached was a pleasant surprise indeed...who knows if Pinky may flip on the waaris issue again later if there are complications :P LOL...J/K...but you never know with these writers...haha

There is zero accountability for TejVi...and seems like that's how it will always be...lol ek time tha, everyone preferred Jhanvi over Pinky...and look at Pinky now...atleast she got a semblance of an arc...yeh nahin ki aaj randomly acting vampy, kal randomly doing family dance mazey mein all TejVi style.
