For me good looking professor is only a myth. I can only imagine having a professor like Omkara. Hayee... So dreamy

Towards the end I liked the slight flirting ( at least flirting for student teacher standard)

I guess gauri will have more doubts in Kara's class now.

If I was his student I will even follow him to staff room.

Yes! A good looking professor is a myth and Omkara is just someone who will be just written and not experienced.

I am glad you caught the slightly flirtatious bit ... Something's more coming up.

About Gauri's doubts ... That I will have to see.

FOUR

Tapping her foot continuously she held hands to her chest and keenly observed the two people sitting near the Nescafe shack sipping coffee early in the morning. Of course she had nothing else to do. She was waiting for her friend Tasnim. Both of them had decided that they would go to the library and get their library card made. Tasnim had promised her that she would wake up early and reach the college by eight in the morning and now it was fifteen minutes past eight. Even gauri had woke up early ... got ready in a hurry and then her mother forced her to gulp a glass of milk and have a bite of handful dry fruits.

Standing near the coffee place ... she stopped thinking about Tasnim and started thinking about some creamy coffee. The kind of coffee she likes to make. The smooth,brown milk creates a contrast with the mug which her Maa had bought for her ... Dabang Chirraiyya' written in bold brown on the white porcelain of the mug. The lustrous texture of the delicious liquid, topped with chocolate crumbles outdated the effect created by the coffee beans which placed themselves outside the mug, begging to be crushed! The vibrant aroma seemed to have extricated itself from the thick, cream coating over the surface, penetrating deep into her nose, watering her mouth!!

"Yummy!!!

"Hey ... Hi Omkara greeted her from her back. She looked at him and recognized him.

"Good Morning Sir. She greeted with a smile.

"Aap kisika intezaar kar rahi hai?

"Haan

"Do you have a class? He asked.

"Nahi... humme library Jana hai.

"Oh ... I have to go and take a class. He chuckled.

Both of them stood silent embracing the warmth of the early morning sun along with the slight chill in air. The birds were chattering ... having a song of their own.

"Hmmm... Coffee? He asked casually

"Huhn?!?!? She questioningly looked at him. God! He is extra tall.

"I said we can have coffee together.

"Kyon?

"Kyonki mujhe coffee peeni hai and I don't mind company.

"Woh ... hum ... She was thinking of what to say and then heard Tasnim calling her from a distance. Thank god she was here finally.

"Aapne jawaab nahi diya mujhe... He asked when she started walking away from him.

She turned to look at him ... all bespectacled and sincere and gently nodded a no.
