Hi everyone this I guess is my first individual post in this forum. An amazing week with amazing episodes and outstanding performance by everyone it has been. Hopefully CVS will maintain the amazing work and the show will get it's needed trips to stay. Personally I feel there is still more or could be more to the story. And don't want them to rush it or stay incomplete. They should complete the story properly then go off-air without dragging it. Also don't want CVS to make all the Oberoi's dudh ka dhula because certainly they are not specially Tenu Baba considering all the kaands he has done in the past specially in DBO and want girls past to be connected to the Oberoi's and wronged by them considering the scope story and characters will have with each of individual different personalities, perspectives and their point of views all of it if handled carefully.
Now coming to topic how many of you believe that a character's essence should be maintained while bringing a change in him/her? This question I am asking because of Rudy and current track which is right time to start his ishqbaazi and show growth in his character while his superhero is away and could truly be his partner and why according to me Shivika and Rikara story we all have seen and the growth and change in both brothers as well with regards to them and their prejudices NKK and Truth. But did either of the girls asked them to change? No it came to them naturally they changed on their own will for and with their respective partners when the girls challenged the boys believes by just being themselves and proving them wrong and giving them back by standing up to them for themselves, for them, with them and by them whenever needed. Neither of the girls tried to turn the boys into someone they think they should be even if they believed so they accepted them as they were with good and bad all of it so did the boys.

Now coming to Rudy what was his prejudice OUTER BEAUTY. We have seen him with Saumya and Bhavya both. When was the first time and first thing that attracted him to her? It was the first time they met and it was her OUTER BEAUTY and later personality maybe. With Bhavya their is always this need to prove himself which arises from Bhavya calling him bacchcha and her thoughts and image about him. It's not natural and organic like other two couples. Rudra is not his true and realself with Bhavya which is Rudy boys child like innocence, his childishness, his funny antics with certain kind of maturity which even his brothers lack most of the time. He is not his entire self with her which is very important in a relationship to be your true honestself. He is bits and pieces of himself with her. She brings out parts of him again unlike other two couples where girls bring out best and worst all of it in the guys. Both the couple's are equals as dadi says takkar ki ishqbaazi and that equality is missing in RuvYa and I am talking about personality and as people they are not equal not the gyming ability and physical fitness. It's not that they aren't good enough for eachother but they are not good for eachother. Not just Bhavya even Rudy is not ready to accept Bhavya as she is being an police officer is part of who she is something which has never gone down well with him and he has never even tried to understand it and sacrifices the profession demands he is not willing to share. He wants her with and for himself and got her kicked out of her job and house tarnishing her image something neither of his brothers did no matter how low they thought of the girls whatever it was it was between them world never got any glimpse of it.

Now coming to Saumya what was the first thing that attracted him to Saumya? Her heart and her goodness she as a person. She never asked him to change and yet Rudy used to show certain maturity when with retaining his essence. He used to be himself with her no pretence or need to prove himself it came to him naturally. It was on its own. Like AniRi Saumya brings out best and worst both in him has seen whole of him. They have a genuine issue and something people can relate with. They have this equality in them koi kisi se kam nahi hai😆 Saumya was never this zero figure hot girl she was this cute slightly over weight foodie with a beautiful heart. She was everything against Rudy's beliefs and criteria on which he judges people just like his brothers. Challenging him by just being herself fighting with him but standing by his side whenever needed. Thus why she could be the one breaking his prejudices and change his belief system. While RumYa has a potential and relatable storyline RuvYa's age issue doesn't make sense specially with character like Rudra at the time of today when we have so many examples of couples with decades of age differences between them plus how does change his beliefs when look is not even an between them and Bhavya doesn't even challenges that. While does the basic thing required and even if she loses her weight it will and should be because of her own self not because Rudy boy wanted a hot and beautiful girl for himself. Mind you one of the main reasons why Rudra never accepted their marriage was this very reason yet Sumo was confident about herself.

I really tried and gave a fair chance to Ruvya but could not get to like them and trust I have seen Bhavya's crazy entry making everyone's brains go crazy to her sad departure in that bus followed by Sumo but could not get to love them though I started to accept them thinking Sumo won't come back yet no. I was myself surprised at the sadness I felt at the exit of Saumya and happiness at the news of her return guess you truly realise the value of something/someone and how much you love them when you lose it. Also the reason could be besides the above mentioned is that RumYa was an established couple and loved by all CVS were expecting them to be accepted and loved like Rikara forgetting Ishana and Om never shared a history like Rumya did many didn't liked and connected with Ishana's character had she been something like Bhavya undercover cop on a mission instead of a congirl fooling Om for money things could have been different there as well. I like Bhavya as an individual and Mansi is good to but could not come to love Ruvya. Hope I did not offended anybody.

First-Not a Modi fan. Not any politician's fan, really. Huge Swacch Bharat fan though sooo we are still friends?😳😃
Coming back to your great post, you raise some really interesting points. Is a better relationship one where neither partner has to change for the other person or one where both partners have change significantly in order to be with the person they are attracted to/aspire to be with?

I am going with the first option. As you mentioned Saumya and Rudra clicked because they were naturally compatible with each other. Rudra didn't have to change to be with Saumya for she understood him-good and bad. And even though he fought his growing attachment to her, she managed to bring out his protective instincts showing how much he cared for her - something even he didn't realize.
I haven't watched all their scenes because I started watching with DBO, but what little I have seen after going through some old IB ep's shows a natural, easy and quite frankly, lovely chemistry.

Bhavya and Rudra on the other hand didn't seem to me to share much more than a general fondness and physical attraction. They were both attracted to each other-Bhavya being the embodiment of Rudra's dream girl and Rudra's happy-go-lucky personality appealing to Bhavya's rather stern, police brain. But they tried to make their relationship work because they were attracted to each other and not because they were compatible. Which almost never works.

You make an excellent point when you say that neither of them were willing to accept each other wholly. As friends they were fine but they had entirely different AND clashing personalities .Which to me, made a relationship impossible between them.

To sum up, Rudra and Saumya fit but Rudra is too immature to let go of adolescent dreams to realize that.
Bhavya and Rudra have not much in common and don't really understand each other but tried to force their relationship because they liked each other.
There is attachment between Rumya
There is attraction between Ruvya

But I do think Bhavya's entry was a good thing for Rudra. She made him rethink his view of himself. What doomed Rumya was that Rudra felt superior to Saumya (although she did retaliate beautifully😆 ). When Bhavya entered his life, she made it very clear that she didn't think much of him and that I think shook him terribly leading to all the OTT behaviour-like getting Bhavya fired using Abhay. He didn't want to question himself so instead chose to lash out.

But now he is questioning himself. And Saumya is back.Fingers crossed for Rumya endgame and Ruvya remaining friends. Bhavya is a good character and I hope they give her a good ending too.
