Hello everyone,
I always wanted to see the vulnerable side of shivaay and caring side of Annika, and since this vanvass track seems promising enough for this , I pen down this. Hope you will like it.😊

Annika you can go, I am fine now." Shivaay who was sleeping in her lap pleaded her to attend the a kind success party of her own event management firm.
"Yeah I can see that how fine you are." Annika replied waving her hands through his hairs and with other cupping his bearded cheeks.
"But Annika..."
"Shut up shivaay." She glared at him.
Suddenly her phone started ringing she sighed and received the call,
"Hello...
You guys continue...
Sorry I can't come...
Shivaay.. shivaay is not feeling well..." She talked on the phone hearing this shivaay looked up at her and was about to protest for her decision when she put her hand on his mouth tightly making him all shut down.
"No no... No need of that I will manage...
Yeah I just called the doctor.. he will be here any time soon..."
"You guys enjoy! Bye ." With that she cut the call.
She finally removed her hand from his mouth, "so Mr. Hubby what were you saying?"
"Annika this is not done..." He stood up with jerk from her lap and sat facing her.
"Shivaay what the hell you are doing, just lie down..." She commanded him.
"No first you will listen to me." He complained.
"Okay go ahead."
"See I am all fine it was just, just a little fever and that too had gone, I had my medicine and I just need a little rest, you please go attend your party they need you there." He tried making her stubborn and caring wife understand.
"And what about you, don't you need me?" She asked innocently slightly slipping away the mask of being stronger she put in front of shivaay all the time.
"Baby it's not like that..." He sighed and cupped the face of her wife who was going extra mile taking care of him, pampering him like a baby since they left oberoi mansion so that he will never feel alone.
It was tough time for both of them struggling to settle in this new lifestyle, starting everything from the ground level, but they remained each other pillar strength in all those time, when shivaay started his Own business with the amount of money he saved all those years he worked extra hard on it, day and night working on it and in all these Annika made sure he will never put his health on stake running behind him taking a proper care of him, and amidst all these she too started getting back on her work and opened her event management firm working day and night on it both of them started succeeding gradually in their field.
Annika coming out of her trance composing herself and putting the mask again threw her decision ,
"Listen thing is as simple as that, I need to have you on my side right now and since you are not well enough to come with me I am staying with you."
"And that's my final decision I don't want any arguments on this." She commanded and shivaay pouted like a kid.
"You know what you are so dominating." He complained.
"Hmmm learnt this from you shivaay." She smirked.
"Huuuh... I was never this controlling." he mumbled and this side of him made her chuckle and he pouted again.
"Oh my god shivaay... You are so cute." And she kissed his lips lightly ruffling his hair.
"Yaar aanika first of all I am not cute.. I am hot, HOT did you get that ?" He told huskily grabbing her by waist , colliding their chest.
"And if you still doubt on this fact, I can show this to you , you know." He whispered in her ears moving his hand from her face to her breast down her waist discovering again and again every curves of her.
"So tell me what I am?" He nuzzled in her neck hand roaming all around her body.
"Hot... HOT oh my god shivaay you are hot..." She shouted and jerked him back shivaay get shocked with this sudden reaction of her.
""Shivaay you... Your temperature is again rising up, oh God! I told you to take rest but no, why would you will listen to me? Always busy on your stupid talk.. I am not cute I am hot, see now enjoy your hotness. You idiot!" She panicked with the realisation that shivaay health stated getting affect again making him lay down on the bed.
"Where the hell is this doctor not here yet, trust me I am gonna..." She blabbered in between.
" Annika it's okay, it's okay calm down. Deep breaths I am fine." He tried controlling her .
"One more time you claim yourself to be fine I will make sure you will not." She glared at him angrily and like an obedient kid shivaay shut his mouth.
In between of her chaos the doctor arrived to check up shivaay.
"It's okay Mrs. Oberoi it's just result of seasonal change, I am prescribing him these medicines and make sure he stay warm and takes rest." He told and annika went to drop him till get asking the servant to get the medicines.
"Take rest... Did you hear him shivaay?" She asked while feeding him the hot chicken soup for his bad throat cleaning the side of his lips with her fingers.
"Hmmm.. he is stupid." He mumbled.
"And you are the smartest, no?" She glared at him.
"I don't wanna eat anymore."
"Shivaay.. will you please stop behaving like a kid." She asked being irritated.
"Annika let me be the one." He told his eyes holding so much of emotion in its innocent form.
"What happened shivaay?" She put the bowl aside and cupped his face with her little hand.
"Nothing... Just... Will you.. please.. hug me ?" He asked with a pleading eyes.
As soon as this word escaped from his mouth she rushed to him and hold him tightly in her embrace as if protecting him from everything in this world which can hurt her shivaay.
Hiding his face on her chest and holding her tightly by her waist he stayed there silently for a little longer.
Finally breaking through the silence , slowly sliding her finger on his hair scalp she asked him,
"What happened shivaay?"
" Nothing Annika, I am just.. just cherishing this precious time with you.
I... I never thought I will get someone who will love me that much, who will put me first in her life and care for me to this extent..."
"And then I got You, you know no one had ever witnessed the vulnerable side of shivaay Singh oberoi except of you Annika, because the truth is I feel afraid opening up to others, afraid of getting hurt.
But with you I feel safe I feel like i can share anything with you can be in any state with you and you will not judge me." He started confessing the feelings which was buried inside his heart since real long.
"You know Annika I never lived my childhood like a normal kid, I was just a way for mom dad to get their name on highest in oberoi empire, they had never time for me... Always expecting me to excel in everything... I was bond to make zero mistakes... And when I needed them on my growing years they didn't have a single minute for me... I had access to all the things a kid could ever wish for but there was no love no affection for me... And slowly the kid inside me died fulfilling their demands..." Tears started running from his eyes and this made Annika weak at her heart she quickly started whipping it out from his face with one hand and with another she was whipping her own tears.
"No Annika let it be." He hold her hand and stopped her.
"Let me cry Annika for a little. I want to do it." He asked between his sobs.
Annika held him more tightly and more protectively.
"You know what... As a kid I never get pampered or I can never throw my tantrums on anyone because they never ever had any time for me... And that's why I started taking the charge I grow up early just to give my brothers all the love and care which I lack. I suppressed all my emotions my ambition just to give them a better and happy life... I never wanted them to feel the way i felt and gradually going over this I turned into the great wall of shivaay."
"And then came you... " He smiled looking at her.
"You are everything I could ever ask for, sometimes I think that if you were not with me in this tough time I couldn't even survived this phase, I would have died..."
"Shivaaay... You will receive a tight slap if you will utter this nonsense again." She hit him lightly on his arms.
"Annika I really mean it, you know whenever you treat me like this I feel like I am living my childhood with you I am getting everything which I wished for, you know as it might sound creepy enough but I am selfish to make these stupid mistakes so that you can scold me and then pamper me with all your love." He smiled between his confession.
" My family left me on my one mistake but you, you always stand there with me. I don't know what good things I did so that I got you. I just want to say you... That I love you Annika, I love you more than I can ever express and more than you can ever realise." He confessed his heart out and annika heart overwhelmed with the love she saw in husband eyes for her, tears of joy started streaming down her face.
" But I am selfish Annika I am selfish, I want you to be my side always and I will never allow you to leave me never ever, even if you want to go I will not allow you." He said in determined tone.
"And I will never leave you shivaay never, even if you want me to leave I will not leave you." She replied and he hugged him more tightly.
"I love you shivaay!" She said and placed a long kiss on her forehead and stayed in each other embrace.
"I love you more ..." He played around.
"Yeah okay you love me more, just sleep now you chatterbox. Enough of talks. You forget doctor told you to rest." She reminded him.
"Well he told something else too." He smirked.
"What?" She asked.
"About keeping me warm, you know. So come here and made your hubby warm." He winked .
"You are such a chepda." She hit him lightly.
"Come let's cuddle." He pulled her closer to him and both of them went into deep slumber.
