The first part about SSO turning into Stone Singh Oberio is no surprise as people don't leave their basic nature when they are in love and when under duress the gut instincts and previous habbits kick in. So that was totally expected. We may see more brutality this week and we will not like it but that's SSO. Yeah but I hope they do not go overboard as HS usually does ... she enjoys this brutal side way too much for my liking even with the forced wedding track
Being back to SSO does not equal to being brutal, emotionally and physically, to the wife he loves. Distancing yourself, being aloof and keeping a icy exterior should do just fine. He is a Harvard graduate not a fisherman for heavens sake - a bit more restraint on the yelling part will not hurt his image of SSO
I will be honest here when I read your post about Soumya, my first reaction was that of surprise but as you have explained yourself in the next few replies, I see it more as a glimpse into HS's mind. Most of us were shocked with PH's decision of turning Soumya into negative character but if we think closely they had planned this long time ago. Like you said Soumya's friendship with Romi & her throwing Tia's phone in water when Rudra & Sahil were trying to snatch it from her. There must be many more instances but just the fact that Om had accepted her as his sister and this girl has warmth and affection oozing out of her, it would be cruel to show her as negative.
A grey character is a shade that is between dark and light. If the shadow of darkness has been cast on her bright soul then one can see how she will be justified in feeling that hatred, loathing and anger towards the ones who forced her to become grey
Maybe she envy's them their brotherhood because she has been snatched of the same. She has had life cruelly steal her brother from her and we all know how affected she is by that. What if that loss was due to the Oberoi's?
I think I read it somewhere that turning her into Vibhashan later in the story may be a good idea rather than showing her totally negative. Just like yellomellow said that it would make a very interesting love story if they take this route. That would be the path I would wish for because she is not a dark character and petty jealousy is not part of her nature from what we saw so the reason to turn grey has to be nullified by absolving the Oberoi's IF she has held them responsible for her loss
I like it that you think out of the box & that's what creativity is all about. I love reading all these different view points on IF and that's what was missing on IF for some time. yeah but seems I have caused a bit of a stir as most MUed what I meant to say. 😆😆
The Saumya going grey is the PH's decision not mine ... I am just trying to work out when she turned grey and what would have caused it 😉
Lets be honest , no one just decides to become grey one fine day. There are events that force you down that path you would normally never have taken
