Look at the time little woman ... its almost one ... what are you doing?' Omkara was flipping through his sketchbook when he received a picture of A Jane Austen book cover from Gauri ... He typed a reply but instead of sending it, he called her ...
"You agreed to marry this little woman and that's going to happen in less than four days ... you understand Omkara Singh Oberoi! Gauri was growling whispers at him and he could do nothing more than giggle.
"You know I gained two kilos because of all the sweets and oily food everyone keeps feeding me with congratulating me for my marriage ... I am going to look like a stuffed soft toy in my wedding lehenga ... I am so stressed Om. Gauri kept complaining and he listened to her calmly. He realized now that dating his woman and marrying his woman are two entirely different things
"Its Okay Gauri ... everything will be fine and you are going to look gorgeous ... trust me.
"How can anything be okay ... My post wedding wardrobe is not ready yet ... The jeweler faltered in designing my necklace, I need to get a salon appointment fixed and I am having a pimple! Gauri anxiously blabbered and Omkara understood all her Pre-Wedding jitters.
"Relax doll ... Everything will be perfect like we planned ... you just have to enjoy yourself ... its gonna be your wedding day. Omkara sat back on the bed holding a cushion.
"Wedding to a man who has not even proposed me! Gauri said in a babyish tone.
"Miss Sharma ... did you forget that I sent my whole clan to your place to get the roka ceremony done the very next day after you told me that you love me! Gauri shied and his her face inside her book thinking about how Dadi came to her place and happily danced after giving her the shagun.
"Stop blushing and tell me why did you not sleep? Its going to affect your health Gauri ... the wedding is going to be more hectic than you think. Omkara was scolding her.
"I was really worried Om ... Your flight got delayed and ...
"That was just bad weather Gauri ... I had a safe journey. Omkara knew that she worried too much for him.
"Hmmm... Ridhima was with you right? Gauri asked hesitantly.
"Yes... Omkara knew what was coming.
"Om ... Actually ... I saw in the newspapers ... even on the internet... a picture of you and Ridhima ... and so much was written about it. Gauri was not feeling good about talking about his ex-flame.
"Gauri I can never deny that she has been a part of my life ... but not now ... I agree I had feelings for her but she was more interested in my money, we broke up long ago and now we have to see each other because of professional commitments ... we talked about this ... right Gauri. Omkara explained to her again.
"I know Om ... I know you ... I know you love me but I don't like to read such things about you ... the people of newspapers and tabloids surpass such rubbish ... it ruins my mood. Gauri spoke lightly massaging her forehead.
"These are the same people who will write nice things about me when they get good footages out of my marriage ceremony... for them its just news Gauri ... just brand names, no people and no emotion. Omkara closed his eyes.
"DONKEYS!!! Gauri sounded Obviously angry.
"You know I have a good idea to lighten up your mood. Omkara said with a mischievous glint.
"And what is that? Gauri asked with a happy smile.
"I want to hold you and tug you in a curtain to ... Omkara reminisced a romantic memory
"Like the last time we met? Gauri asked biting her lower lip
"And what did I do Gauri ... tell me. Omkara insisted
"You kissed me ... on my lips... Gauri had become scarlet
"And did you like it? Omkara pushed her further ...
"Yes... She replied shyly
"Do you want me to kiss you good night Omkara was so eager to know the reply
"I want you to do more than just kissing dear future husband. Gauri confessed
"You surprise me so much Gauri ... Omkara felt the heat of their voices.
"I am very versatile when it comes to you Om ... Gauri told him truthfully.
"I want to know you completely Gauri ... your heart, your mind ... your body ... I want to be closer to you and tell you what you mean to me. Gauri was flattered because of his romantic tone.
"Please don't say anything more Om ... please let it be a surprise for me ... for our first night ... if you speak to me like this, I won't be able to sleep. Gauri requested.
"You have to catch some sleep love ... I won't let you have any once you come to me. Omkara grinned
"Good night Gauri spoke in a low tone ... not wanting to know any of his plans ... staying away from him and then thinking about him is only torture.
"Good Night Omkara ended the conversation ... she needed some sleep ... tommorow is their haldi ceremony.
They have a lot of sweet nothings to discuss but that's for tommorow ... he thought looking at the small jewelry box in his hand.
