Everyone on every platform has failed to understand the point some of the disgruntled fans are making. I am in no way justifying the aggressive and deliberately rude fans, but the makers too seem to be insensitive to the demands of the viewers and seem to deliberately want to instigate them.
Nobody is understanding that the upset fans (not talking about fanatics) are all upset because of the way the story is moving forward. Not because of a particular coupe being shown continuously, but because the others are not getting the same consistency and flow in their respective stories. If you are going to have a show with three couples, you have to understand that there will be three groups of people. Of course people are going to have favourites and I don't think it is unfair of them to expect and demand a decent storyline for their favourites. For how long are the makers going to pretend like the other characters that they introduced are not their responsibility? And shame on you makers for the way you react! How do you call yourselves professionals? Being in the business you should know the kind of messages you are going to get and should either stay off social media, block comments or ignore them. The same kind of behaviour by the makers has cost them 2 other shows in the past. It won't take long for the channel to intervene here as well.
And people please understand, nobody is blaming your favourite character. They are just asking for justice for their favourites. What that so wrong about that? And everyone knows the blame solely lies with the writers. The amount of hate being spread today by all fandoms is abominable and disgusting!
