His mind's working revolved around her, until when his mind understood that it was the heart changing gears!

When his mind wouldn't let his heart openly beat for her, His heart commanded his mind to love her first. There were but constraints his mind exercised not letting her enter his system.
His mind revolted, against itself.
And he began to hate her, cause he couldn't love her!
Hate being the next strongest emotion to love.
Hate wouldn't have existence if Love din't exist.
Similarly, Love couldn't exist if hate was not known.
He was in a pain, unknown to himself.
The pain of neither being able to hate her nor love her.
So his heart inflicted pain on the other, so the other would understand what pain was, and hence understand him!
