Gauri watched Omkara play with their Son while Bhavya and Rudra were standing beside him. Anika and Shivaay were on the Way.
He looks like you Omkara Bhaiya." Bhavya said with a soft smile and looked at Aditya.
He looks like his Mother." Omkara said without looking up. He couldn't stop looking at his Son. The only person in this world that probably wouldn't hate him. Aditya was still pure and innocent.
Rudra walked over to Gauri and gave her a hug. " Congratulations, Bhabhi.
"Thank you Rudy. He is so beautiful... On hearing her Voice Aditya began crying softly and Omkara handed him to his mother. Immediately he stopped crying and his Hand grabbed Gauri's.
"Looks like it's Time to feed him. Bhavya said and pulled Rudra out of the Room. Om was about to leave as well when he felt a tug on his Hand.
"Stay. Gauri knew that maybe her hormones where the reason for asking him to stay. "Stay. Gauri said again, "You don't have to go..." She had imagined this situation to be awkward, but right now, it did not feel as such at all. If anything, she wanted him to be by her side. She wanted to share this personal and intimate moment with him- the father of her child. She didn't know why she felt that why and she didn't care. Right now she wanted him by her side. She needed him. Settling beside her Omkara watched her breastfeed their son. It was such an intimate and precious moment that he thanked god for giving him his freedom back today.
"He is so Handsome...He whispered and caressed his chubby cheeks.
"Just like his Father. Gauri said and turned to look at him. They looked at each other for what felt like forever and before Om could close the distance between them to seal their lips Aditya began crying to get their attention.
Right now it wasn't time to talk about them, to talk about their Future. It was time to focus on their Son. Who looked up at his parents with the most adorable brown eyes.
"Definitely my Son. Omkara said and both of them smiled.
A nurse entered and checked on Gauri and Aditya.
"We will take him for some more Tests. The doctor then will come take a look at you once again Mrs. Oberoi.
Gauri nodded and handed her the Baby while Omkara pulled out his phone and called Shivaay. The Nurse smiled softly and then left the room. Walking down the hall she turned to see if someone was following her before removing her apron. Her smile changed from nice to vicious and she walked out of the hospital towards a black car.
She knocked twice and out came Kaali Thakur. Smiling victoriously he took the Child and climbed back into his car.
"I missed you...more than you can imagine. He said while looking out of the Window. Gauri looked at his back and tried hard not to cry.
"I missed you too...I just needed time Omkara. For once I had to be selfish. She said.
He chuckled; still not turning to face her though. He was scared to see something he wasn't prepared yet to see.
"I understand...I do. So Have you decided what to do? Where we go from here?
His voice showed no ounce of emotion and for a second she would have believed him to be detached from the situation if she wouldn't have noticed his hand shaking.
He was scared for her answer, he was scared that he would have lose her after all.
"Omkara...I-" before she could say more the doctor and one of his nurses walked in.
"Good Afternoon Mrs. Oberoi. How are you feeling?
"I am good, just a little bit exhausted. Gauri answered while the Doctor did some typical tests.
"Everything looks good. You should be able to go Home tomorrow. The Nurse will take your Son to the pediatrics so he can get checked out. The nurse stepped closer and smiled.
"But a nurse already took Aditya to get checked. Omkara said and looked at Gauri.
"That is not possible, I am the only one working at the Moment. The nurse said and turned to the Doctor. And then realization dawned on them.
"Then where is my Son? Om and Gauri looked at each other in shock.
Kali watched the child in his arms peacefully sleeping. He may be a ruthless man but even he had to adore the little boy for a minute. He reminded him of his brother's when they were born and he had to raise them by himself. His father had been too busy building up his empire and his mother had died after Childbirth. When his brothers were old enough he had started to work for his father and then took over his Business after he died protecting him and his brothers. He had learned that being ruthless was the only way to survive. To care for no one was the key to survival. Taking away his enemies biggest strength was the pleasure he lived for. Knowing how devastated Om and Gauri would be made him smile.
They needed to suffer the way he did.
"Let's see what your Mama and Papa are up to now. Pulling out his Phone he dialed a phone number he hasn't called in a long time.
Gauri was trying to stand up and almost fell when Omkara caught her.
"WHERE IS MY BABY...OMKARA please...where is my baby... She cried bitterly; hitting him, kicking him trying to run to her Baby. It felt like her heart had been ripped out.
Who would be so cruel to abduct a baby like that?
"Gauri we will find him please you need to calm down. He tried to make her sit but she slapped him. Looking on shocked the Doctor and nurse left the room while talking to the police that had arrived a few minutes back.
"I need my Son...Her pain was as evident as his but he knew he had to stay strong for the both of them. Pulling her into a hug he let her beat him even more.
"Please...Om...save our Baby. Slowly she stopped fighting and leaned against his chest.
He cupped her face in his hands. "He will be fine...He will be I promise.
Before Gauri could say anything she heard his phone ring. Pulling it out from his Pocket she recognized the number immediately. Om looked at her surprised while she picked up.
"Hello Gauri. The Voice on the other end made her shiver. She knew exactly who was the caller. "What do you want? Where is my Son?" Kaali laughed. So impatient my Dear? Let's say he will never be found by you again."
What do you mean you sick bas***d? WHERE IS HE...I swear to god this time I will have you killed...I will kill you with my bare hands...If you hurt him in anyway..."
He laughed hearing her threaten him. It was one hell of a turn on. "You know I like it rough Baby...You will never find your Son...your beloved Babyboy. He will be gone sooner than any of you can find me...
"Please Kaali...Please...What do you want?
"I want you to suffer my dearest Gauri. You and Omkara will suffer. And with that he hung up. Omkara who had heard everything took a step back. It was his fault.
Shivaay, Rudra and the Police entered and looked at Om and Gauri.
"What happened? Rudra asked and walked over to Gauri who threw the phone away. Hugging Rudra she cried bitterly. "He has my Baby...Kaali has Aditya.
Omkara looked at Shivaay and they instantly knew what to do.
"We will end his Chapter tonight. He will never ever get close to me or my Family again. Omkara said and was about to walk out with his Brother's and the Police when Gauri stopped him.
"I am coming with you wherever you are going. Aditya needs his Mother."
Gauri you just gave birth, you are too weak to come with us. You need rest."
She shook her head. Either you take me Omkara or I will go on my Own."
They stared at each other for a second before he agreed.
Do we have a location on him yet?"
Well after we checked the surveillance Camera we were able to see the Car plate. It was last seen a kilometer away from the Hospital. Near an Warehouse that closed a few years ago.
Gauri tried to calm herself down but she was scared. What if her Baby was hurt?
Rudra pulled her into a Hug. "Everything will be okay, Omkara will take care of it.
She chuckled bitterly .It's his fault in the first Place Rudra...I curse the day I met and fell for him...
Omkara who was standing behind her felt like a thousand knives drove through his heart.
"You don't mean it that way Bhabhi.." Rudra said on seeing the devastated Look on Omkara's face.
"Rudra...ever since I met him I am in pain...yes he gave me my Aditya but if he will be the one to cause my Babyboy to go away from me I will not leave him. Till date I was patient and nice and understanding because I loved him...but what good did I get by loving him?
Her tears stopped her from talking further and she turned only to crash into Omkara.
The Look on his Face would haunt her for the Rest of their lives.
"Om-" Gauri started but was cut off by his Hand.
"We found him. We should get going. He sat in the car and waited for her and Rudra to get in too. Shivaay was with the Police men and they had already driven off.
The silence on their way was tensed and Rudra tried to lighten up the atmosphere.
"Rudra please be quiet. I need to concentrate. Omkara didn't even look at him while driving and Rudra looked at Gauri. She looked guilty yet she was hurt too. She knew whatever she had said shouldn't have been said but somehow the words just left her mouth.
In her grief she had hurt him in a way she never thought she was capable of.
Omkara picked up his phone and dialed Shivaay's number. "Have you reached?
After listening he hung up and stopped the car. Turning to Rudra and Gauri he said: You both will stay here while I check if there are any men outside.
They nodded and Omkara left them alone.
"He hates me... She said.
"No he is hurt...you hurt him Bhabhi. I know you are hurt too and you are scared for Aditya but you should have tried to calm down instead of saying things that can never be taken back. Do you truly regret meeting him?
Gauri looked outside and saw Omkara clear the area.
"How could I regret meeting him, he may have given me pain. Pain I never thought I would experience but he loved me even more Rudy. That man over there is the man I fell in love with. The one for whom my safety is the most important thing. The man that gave me the most beautiful son...I love him for everything and I hate him equally for everything we endured in the past few years. But My love will always win...I love him more than anything else...and he knows. I hope he does because at the Moment I can't afford to tell him. If I tell him, it would be like erasing all his wrong doings. For now, I have to push that aside until I meet my Son.
They both looked at Omkara now and Rudra realized how strong his Bhabhi was.
He had heard from Omkara how shitty he had treated her and yet she had stayed. Because she had loved him. Their love was the different from anything he had seen.
"Okay you can come out. I called Shivaay they have eyes on Kaali and Aditya.
Gauri immediately got out the Car and Omkara led the way. They reached the Factory within minutes and Gauri saw that the police was hiding so they could attack once the time was right. Rudra walked over to Shivaay to give Om and Gauri some needed privacy.
"Will you bring him back to me? She asked softly; her eyes tearing up already.
For a moment he forgot his pain, his anger on hearing her words and cupper her face.
"I will bring him back even if that means Dying myself.
Covering his mouth with her Hand she went on her tip toes and kissed his cheek.
"Don't you dare talk like that...I need you both Omkara.
He tried to smile and pulled away her Hand while stepping back.
"You don't need me Gauri. Your life would have been better without me...I know it and I am sorry for everything you had to go through because of me. I will make it up to you.
And with these words he walked over to where he saw Kaali and his Son preparing their Journey.
"Om...She was about to follow him when Shivaay pulled her back.
"Don't!
"He can't go. Not like this...
"He will come back.
Gauri tried to believe him, she knew she had to. Shivaay knew his brother so she had to believe he wouldn't do anything stupid just because he thought that she hated him, that she was better off without him.
"Kaali Thakur. It has been awhile. Omkara said and was happy to see Kaali flinch a little.
"Omkara, I wasn't prepared for your Visit. How are you...lovely Son you have. Kaali said while showing him Aditya who was sleeping peacefully.
"He comes after his Mother.
"That I can see clearly.
Omkara clenched his fist on hearing those words. He stepped closer.
"You should give him back to me.
"And ruin my Plan? God forbid. I will make you suffer Omkara...The way you made me suffer. Omkara looked at his scared face and the limb Kaali tried to hide.
"You will never win...Maybe I should have killed you all these Months ago... He chuckled and pushed him a little -"but you know I thought I would rather watch you slowly die was the better option.
Kaali knew he needed both his hands to take on Omkara so he called one of his Men who took Aditya while Omkara sighed in relief. He knew once that man would try to get back inside the Factory Shivaay and Rudra would stop him.
"No Weapons, no knives. Let's do it old school...Or are you afraid?
"You forget that I was raised with fist fights Omkara...you are the one that should be afraid.
Shivaay and Rudra walked up to the men that held their nephew in his arm and stopped him from leaving. Before he could physically react he was surrounded by the police.
Gauri walked up to him and slapped him hard. "That is for taking my Boy.
The police handed her Aditya and Gauri cried while kissing his Face.
"Mama is here Adi...Mama is here... Having him in her arms was the greatest feeling she had ever experienced. A feeling she needed and wanted to share with Om.
Their Son was safe, they would be okay. Looking at Rudra and Shivaay she saw their tenses faces. That showed something was wrong. Something was terribly wrong.
Kaali walked up to Omkara and raised his fists. "Let the Game begin.
Omkara smiled and curled his hand into a fist and aimed for the front of Kaali's Nose. His fist hit the bridge of his nose, the blood splattered all over the ground.
Omkara knew he was stronger than Kaali. Especially now that he could barely walk on his one due his limp.
Is that all you got Omkara?" Kaali said breathlessly; whipping away the blood from his mouth. He had underestimated the Artist but he would be damned if he would go down without a fight.
Before Om can react Kaali hits him and he tastes blood. He chuckles." Getting old aren't we?"
Kaali grabs his head, his fingers digging into Omkara's scape and he lifts him up until He is dangling on the tips of his toes.
His Hand slams into his ribs and Omkara winces. The pain rippled through his chest and for a minute it felt like he couldn't breathe. He staggered away, fighting to get his air back. For a moment, he looked like he would puke, but he managed to straighten up. Pure rage crossed his face.
What you want more?" Kaali said not realizing that now his inner demons was awake. Kaali Thakur had done one grave mistake in his Life: He messed with Omkara Singh Oberoi.
He charged his fists flailing. Om was ready. One fast straight punch to Kaali's unprotected jaw and his head whipped back, his body arched backward, all of his momentum snapping back on him like a broken rubber band. He lifted right up off his toes, clearing the ground.
For one long moment his body hung in the air.
Looking down on the Men he despised he spit onto his face.
Don't you dare come near me or my family again."
Kaali, almost unconscious looked at him in rage. This is not over.."
Om- though feeling weak- smiled. It is."
He turned to pull out his Gun when he heard Gauri scream his Name.
OMKARA WATCH OUT!"
With a thud one of Kaali's men had used a metal rod and smashed it against Omkara's Head.
In the same Moment that Omkara lost conscious he heard a gunshot.
Arrest them!" Several voices and screams were heard. Omkara felt someone caress his face but he couldn't react. He felt soft lips kissing him, wet due to tears.
He so badly wanted to react...wanted to assure them that he was okay.
Please Omkara open your eyes...Please...I am here ...I am here."
How could he tell her that he was happy to know she was with him.
He felt himself being lifted onto something and then he felt someone examine him.
The paramedic most likely. He wanted to say that he just needed to sleep but he couldn't move.
"Rudra why isn't he opening his eyes? What if...we came too late? Please Rudra tell me he will be okay? Aditya needs him...
Om felt that soon the darkness would consume him again...but he couldn't go when he knew that Gauri was suffering. How could he ease her pain? How could he?
Please Gauri, please Don't Let Me Go.
Gauri closed her eyes and prayed. Prayed that they haven't been too late.
Looking at the Man she loved unconscious and with blood coming out from a wound on his head she hoped that her Shankarjii would protect him.
"Please...I love him...please... Her voice was barely audible but Rudra must have had heard her for he pulled her into his arms. Aditya was sleeping in Shivaay's Arm who called the Family and informed them to meet them at the hospital.
They reached and Omkara was rushed into the Operation theatre.
Falling on her knees she pulled her hair. What if he would die? What if he would leave her thinking she regretted falling for him? Regretting that they met? How could she live with herself if he would be gone before she could tell him what he means to her.
"Gauri please you have to stay strong. Omkara needs you. You can't let him go. Rudra rubbed her shoulder while Bhavya tried to wipe away her Tears.
"Gauri Bhabhi please. Do you want Om Bhaiya to feel bad to see you suffer this way? Once he will wake up he wills cold you for neglecting your health.
Shivaay and Anika looked at each other in tears. Omkara had endured so much pain...his family had gone through so much, how could it end that way?
"he will be alright Shivaay. She said and kissed her husband cheek. She had seen his pain but being the eldest he tried to stay sane for everyone. "He has to be for Adi.
Both looked at Aditya in Shivaay's Arms.
"He will be. Shivaay said. "He has to be.
Hours went by where no one was able to tell them what Om's condition was.
Gauri sat there after nursing Aditya when the Doctor finally came out.
His face did not show any sign of positive or negative news.
"how is my Husband? She immediately asked and the doctor sighed.
"At first everything looked good. He had some broken rips and his Hand is broken as well but that was just a minor problem. Due to the blow on his Head with the metal rod he suffered some internal brain bleedings...
Gauri felt as if someone took her breath away and she pressed Aditya closer to her chest before falling on her knees. Rudra got hold of her and helped her up.
"What does that mean? He asked seeing that Gauri was not in the condition to further do so.
"That means that now it's up to him. The next 24 hours will determine everything but I advise you to see him one Last time just in case... The doctor stopped talking.
"Just in case of what? Gauri asked though she feared his answer.
"Just in case of his Death.
