Gauri does not recognise Om could not be compared with Shivvay is very much justified because Shivvay sensometer for Annika is from very starting and everybody can not be the same. But your justification that Shivika shared a lot of physical space is not true because in my view Om and Gauri shared more such moments than Shivika during Chulkara and fake romance.
Anika & Shivaay both are different.
Remember During mahi track, Anika had recognized him & sure that he is not her shivaay, As the same way, Shivaay also recognized ani😆#shivika alag hi hai!!

In reality, it should be the other way round. It's hard to recognize people when they are covered from head to toe irrespective of how familiar you are with them, aside from the fact that Annika still sounds like Annika...and there shouldn't be any confusion when just the hair is covered with a turban even when the shayari is bad. 😆
It all comes down to our knowledgeable CVs and their logic, and we are supposed to just go with the flow.😛
