My 2 cents on the Shivika argument today - Page 2

LOL I didn't say that I don't expect this to turn to comedy tomorrow...woh toh IB ka roz ka hai...but the underlying point was made today about how Shivaay is not realizing how he is being insensitive to Anika vis a vis Tanya...Anika has been super accommodating but as usual Shivaay forgets all that in the specific moment of anger and is busy defending Tanya...lol isko Tanya maasoom bacchi lagti hai...confused SSO😆...defending the very chick who's blackmailing him😆...but the scene was executed believably to me today cuz Shivaay's whole focus was on the fact that he should have done things HIS way without involving Anika...he's not going to learn this overnight that he alone can't fix everything...will take time.

So I'm just speculating that the same way they put in this scene to make them argue today, down the line they may put in a scene of Shivaay realizing what he did wrong?😆

Re: Daadi...I didn't really find this to be in the same space as her sindoor/MS/suhaag type jaaps...those irritate me way more...today there was an underlying pragmatism in what she said...it's an ideal fantasy world where even the nicest of men don't say callous things in anger😆...and many times a woman has to look past it to make the relationship work.

And I didn't see Anika saying that she will never question Shivaay about his mistakes...she just said that she is willing to look past the fight that hurt her cuz their relationship is bigger than this.

That's the underlying message they were trying to give out...that arguments or fights shouldn't undermine a relationship to that extent...ofcourse the fact that they themselves keep putting in disrespectful premises like a fake wife and all that is something they will never introspect about😆

I dunno but I feel fights are good cuz atleast they manage to communicate the REAL issues b/w them...they just might learn from this down the road...let's see😆

Annika has always helped him in some way since the serial started - fokat raja, Tia/Ms Kapoor etc. etc.. but agree he hasn't yet gotten used to her being an equal partner and I don't think he will 'cause of his need to "protect" her 😆 These two will always be on parallel tracks in solving issues, trying to protect the other immaterial of the dialogs they may be given about working together.😆

And yes life is a learning process. ..great sso is not spared. He is still new to the adjustment and comprise aspect of a relationship.

Shivaay being so apathetic to Annikas situation here ... That too right after the much promised grand wedding ..is a bit too much to digest ! Shivika is pretty much ruined for me... Shivaay being too insensitive and Annika being too cool with everything

They lost a bit of their charm with the contrived separation , now this contrived 3rd angle is killing the left over charm.

The only way this can be redeemed ( atleast for me ) is if they bring in a fake husband for Annika . Let's see how cool shivaay is then! But I know that will never happen. At max we will get a half assed sorry from shivaay , which Annika will cut off midway! 😡 I need to see some real regret from shivaay.
