So Abhay is a second cousin of OBros. His father Vishal Singh Oberoi is a cousin of Tej and Shakti. (Don't ask how. He was just poofed out of the clouds). Tej and Shakti fired him from the company after the Kalyani Mills fire, without telling him about the insurance payout. He wanted to give compensation to the victims, for the Oberois to take responsibility for the accident, but Tej shut him out and Shakti passively followed.
This is Abhay's version of the story, where his family ended up on the streets penniless. He tells his wife Tanya about it now (hmmm..?) during Karvachauth. He wants to collect his Haq and make them all pay for what happened to them. And he was going to use Shivaay as his pawn.
Abhay better pull his socks up and try his best, Shivaay may be blackmail-able , but he won't intentionally ruin his family honour for the sake of truth. Shivaay is not Omkara. He is on a mission to get to the truth, but he won't be the one who brings the Empire down. He is the Great Wall of SSO. He and Annika may get to the truth but Abhay will have to do the destroying bit himself.
Funny that Tej keeps saying only 4 people know this Raaz, but people who know seem to be crawling out from everywhere. Abhay, his father, Shukla, and now Tanya.
What is the Raaz? That it wasn't an accident? Seniors are particularly afraid of Shivaay finding out.
Abhay has no idea what Shivaay is up to planning this memorial. The man himself is missing, and Annika is tasked to watch the senior Oberois for suspect behaviour. Annika looks like a million bucks on the podium giving the press conference, Shivaay would've been really proud. She also ran into quite a few disconnected clues that will surely land her in hot soup on two fronts.
Firstly, Tej and Shakti bundle a nervous employee into the back room and actually beat the guy up for truth. the man runs for his life and Annika sees them.
Also Abhay asks Annika about a third board member unmentioned on the memorial board. Big clue there, Tej and Shakti would know instantly who is behind this. Question is are these new Oberois here to stay?
Cliffhangers are sure to come , classic 4lions style. 😆 its going to be a hair raising climax or people running around, chasing, hiding and plotting. Let's see.
I'm getting a bit tired of the hold up. What is the raaz already? I might get tired and not want to know soon.🥱
Blackmailer is an epic fail. Even her husband is mad at her for not doing a decent job, but that knife in the cabinet makes me nervous, will she use it on Annika or Abhay himself for being so mean and manipulative?

Rudra's anger is because he is humiliated and hurt. He wants to prove a point to Bhavya that he is capable of earning and providing. He seems to have misunderstood courtesy of Chubby that she and Manav are married, and he's out to prove her wrong for jilting him.
He's completely missed the part where she was feeling insecure of their age gap, his unthinking words has hurt her feelings a lot. She is very capable of walking away, evidently he isn't.
Rudy has not become SSO, they are brothers, they are bound to share traits, Shivaay being his role model and all. But Rudy is a sweet sunshine boy by nature, loving and opposite of arrogant. So this anger is fuelling his payback, it will fizzle out soon. He won't be able to see her tears for long.
