ShivIka were married now and took the blessings of their elders. All the while that they were getting married omkara thought about how him and Gauri got married and what would it be like if they got married properly. If he had asked her to marry him now, would she say yes to him? Will she be happy? Not knowing the answers was making him anxious because he was afraid that gauri had moved on, that maybe if she got the choice between staying with him and leaving him, she might choose the latter. Their relationship was complicated. They weren't husband and wife like the normal couples and they weren't friends either.

Omkara knew gauri had always idolised the relationship Shivaay and Annika had and she wanted that for herself but he failed to give her that kind of happiness. Maybe it was time he take his own advice which he so generously used to provide shivaay. He should talk it out with gauri and maybe start afresh with her, give a chance to this relationship and see where it goes. These few days were eye opening for him, he had never felt such emotions that too for gauri and he never thought he could despise someone(paritosh) more than he despised his father. That so called friend of gauri - a.k.a her secret lover which she had no idea about- was always finding ways to be close to her and get her attention and it annoyed the hell out of him. It hurt him to watch gauri so carefree when she was with him, she laughed with him and omkara had never managed to make her laugh like that, he hadn't seen her happy and glowing in his presence.

Omkara decided to stop dwelling on the past and focus on the present and his future with gauri.

"om? daadi called him and broke his trance.

"puttar gauri kahan hai? abhi toh yahin thi.

Omkara was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't realise where gauri had disappeared to. "pata nahi daadi at the same time a servant comes and hands shivaay a letter.

"om? shivaay called to gain his brother's attention as he gestured towards the paper in his hand. "gauri ka letter shivaay informed all the family members as they looked at him confused.

"why would gauri write a letter to you? om asked alound and then as if realisation dawned on him, his expressions hardened "unless she left. He completed.

"oh my maata, patni ghar chodke jati hai toh apne pati ko letters likhti na, yahan toh ulta hai, pati ko toh kuch pata hi nahi hai and letters mere shivaay ko likh kar gyi hai gauri omkara was getting angry as pinky continued to taunt him but he never broke eye contact with shivaay.

"chup kar pinky, bolne se pehle socha toh kar daadi scolded her.

"shivaay... kya likha hai letter mein jhanvi asked when no one seemed to know what to say.

Shivaay looks at the letter and starts to read.

After hearing all that she had said in the letter, omkara furiously dashed to his room. Omkara wanted her to stay, he was going to make everything alright then why did she leave.

As soon as om reaches his room, he opens his cupboard their cupboard- and finds her side empty. He turns and notices that his dressing table is not decorated in colourful cloth and other dangling things that she used. It seemed as if she was never here, no trace of her could be seen. Anger on her and on himself- got the best of him and he trashed his room.

After what felt like ages but was only 5 minutes, shivaay entered omkara's room to find him sat on the floor with his head held down. Silently, shivaay went and sat next to him. " om shivaay waited for his brother to react. "abhi bhi der nahi hui hai, gauri ko wapis le aa om

Omkara started to shake his head "bahot der ho chuki hai, vo mere saamne thi shivaay aur main ek baar bhi nhi keh paya ki... main humare rishte ko ek chance dena chahta hun

"I don't deserve her shivaay, shayad accha hi hai ki who chali gayi

"tu aisa kyun keh raha hai om, main jaanta hun,infact hum sab jaante hai ki tu aur gauri ek dusre ke liye perfect ho. Misunderstandings har relationship mei hoti hai.

When omkara didn't react shivaay kept speaking "kya tu sach mein use jaane dega? Kya tu gauri ke bina reh payega om?

"nahi om said and then he said nothing. "toh fir what are you waiting for, go get her

Omkara looks at his brother and they hug. They stand up and omkara feels hopeful about what he was going to do next.

"vaise.. kitni ajeeb baat hai na, tune humesha mujhe pyaar ke maamle mei advice di hai aur aaj mai tujhe advice de raha hun jabki hum teeno bhaiyo mei se tu hi pyaar ko, feelings ko sabse zyada samajhta hai shivaay says with a smile as he watches his brother getting ready to go after gauri.

"main idiot hun, kehna bahot asaan hota hai shivaay, apni hi kahi advice kabhi kabhi khud ko hi samajhne mein der lag jati hai shivaay hugs om and pats his back "ab jaa

And om gives his brother a smile and leaves to get his wife back. Everyone watches as omkara leaves the house and they turn to see shivaay smiling.

"mom, badi ma tayyari kijiye, aaj aapko do oberoi bahus ka swagat karna hai shivaay smiles as anika comes into his arms looking at him with so much love. He hugs her and wishes that his brother also gets his wife back and the love that he deserves, that both gauri and he deserves.

Gauri had left everything behind, her family, her home, her... husband and it was for the best. She was not a type of woman to stay where her presence is unwelcome. She had promised to stray until shivaay and Annika got married and now it was done and so her time in oberoi mansion was up and before omkara could hurl his hurtful words at her and throw her out, she felt best to leave before all that.

She didn't have any grudge against omkara, she knew he was a good man at heart who loved his mother and would die for his brothers. His happiness is all that she wants now that she is out of his life for good.

it took her 5 minutes to find a taxi outside oberoi mansion which took her further away from there. She went to the bust stand but something was amiss. She couldn't decide if leaving was the only option she had but she had to go, whom she will stay for anyway and the only person who has the power to stop her doesn't want her to stay and will never ask her to not go.

Sighing gauri went to the ticket counter and bought a ticket for Bareilly, which is the only home she has ever had.

The bus was going to leave in half an hour. Gauri went and sat on a bench, it was night time but there were enough lamps to illuminate the area. Now that she didn't have anything to distract her from thinking about omkara, memories of him played like a film in front of her eyes. Tears started streaming down her face and her vision blurred.

"gauri?

She heard her name being called from behind her and she quickly wipes her tears and turns around to see her paritosh standing there. All her control snaps and she starts to sob hysterically.

Paritosh come to her and sits beside her as she cries. "tu ghar chodh kar ja rahi hai, kyun gauri?

"omkara ji humein apni patni nahi maante she says between sobs. "isliye hum maa ke paas vapis jaa rahe hain

"lekin ek baar tu baat toh kar leti omkara ji se

"baat karne ko kuch bacha nahi hai, unhe jo kehna tha vo bahot pehle hi humse keh chuke hai

"aur agar vo yahan aagaye toh?

"omkara ji yahan kyun aaenge, vo toh humari shaqal bhi nahi dekhna chahte

All the while fresh tear pour down her face as she thinks about her failed marriage, at least she got to be the wife of omkara singh oberoi .seeing her cry so much paritosh holds her face and wipes her tears gently all the while gauri's eyes are closed and head is bowed down. Paritosh hugs her and she finds comfort in her friend's arms.

And suddenly that warmth disappears as paritosh is wrenched out of her arms.

Omkara walked out of the house determined to bring gauri back, this time as his wife for real. He would give her everything she deserves and more. He knew that he was at fault always, because he had misunderstood her and never gave her a chance to explain and now if she leaves him when finally he has realised that he wants her then he deserves it. he deserves to stay away from her because the only thing he gave her is insult and tears. But he is Omkara Singh oberoi and even if he doesn't deserve to be with her, hewill still make her stay because he loves her and now he won't be alive if she leaves him. She needs to know and for that he needed to find her before she is out of his reach.

Getting inside his car he drives to the bus station, its' already been 30 minutes since she's gone and he'll be lucky if he catches her in time.

Reaching his destination, omkara quicky looks for gauri and finds her hugging someone. His body stiffens finding her like that and anger courses his blood. With quick steps he strides towards them and pulls paritosh away from gauri by the collar of his shirt and punches him in the face.

Paritosh falls on the ground and gauri opens her eyes and focuses on the tall figure looming over her. Then her eyes fall on a groaning and moaning paritosh. Instantly worry washes on her and she gets upto get to her friend. Seeing this omkara held her wrist and pulls her back.

"yeh aapne kya kiya omkara ji? gauri says as she tries to free her hand from his hold.

Omkara gets annoyed at her struggling "abhi sirf punch kiya hai, agar yeh do minute mein khud khada nahi hua toh fir ye chalne layak nahi rahega omkara says, his voice firm as he looks at paritosh who stands up quickly.

"yeh kya keh rahe hain aap? Aapko ho kya gaya hai omkara ji? gauri keeps sruggling so omkara asks her to stay still or he'll carry her home in his arms.

Gauri gasps and stops struggling at his threat but omkara still held her hand. Omkara keeps looking at her for a while and doesn't say anything which makes gauri uncomfortable under his gaze. "ghar chalo gauri

Gauri looks at him shocked at his spoken words. "vo humara ghar nahi hai, uss ghar mein humari koi jagah nahi hai. aap... aapnehi toh kaha tha ki chali jao, ab jaa rahe hain toh aap jane dijiye humein omkara ji

"aise kaise jaane de saqta hun gauri, I know ki meri galti hai, maine tumhe kabhi nahi samjha par ab main sab samajh gaya hun. Gauri doesn't say anything as she looks at him.

To her surprise omkara goes down on his knees in front of her. "mujhe maaf kardo please, mujhe chodhkar mat jao

"par.. aap hi toh chahte the ki hum jaye she asks confused

"haan kyunki mai gadha hun, meri life mein tumhari kya importance hai yeh mujhe ab pata chala jab ye paritosh macchar ki tarah tumhare aap paas ghum raha tha omkara starts out softly but by the end he looks at paritosh throwing daggers at him through his eyes.

After a moment of silence omkara says the only thing which could help him get her back "I love you gauri

He sees her stunned face and hopes that she'll say it back but he gets surprised when gauri pulls her hand back from his grasp and he watches her hand slip from his hold.

"gauri? omkara whispers. "hum aapke sa ath nahi chal saqte omkara ji, aaj aap keh rahe hain ki aap humse pyar karte hain, kalko aap humein fir galat samajh kar jaane ko keh saqte hain, hum aappar bharosa kaise karien? gauri says and looks at him teary eyed as she steps away from him leaving him on his knees.

At that moment the bus conductor makes the announcement that the bus will be leaving in 5 minutes. Gauri wipes her tears and picks up her luggage. She glances back at omkara one last time as she leaves and gets into the bus leaving omkara still on his knees. It broke her heart but this had to done.
