gauri proposing omkara was cool.but i thought om rejected her as he didnt know her properly.gauri going to propose om as she really fell in luv with him was romantic.but i got shocked seeing om falling down in her arms.he has lung cancer n thats y he rejected her.but how he confessed his love n dying in her arms was so touchy n emotional.I simply thought...why does he have lung cancer?Was he a smoker?

Though its inspired by ur ff n i was reminded of Abhay Madhu with rikara its diff.Without knowing that its omkara her fav writer she talked to him.but how he revealed his identity was what i liked d most.without saying openly that he is omkara he confessed his luv hinting that he is omkara.So cute.i loved this dialogue,

"I fell for my Lover...at first site..."

and u wrote that she knew what is love depicted her feelings 4 him too.it was beautiful

Awww...thanks alot for such a sweet comment Jasmine...About your question, though most of the times Lung Cancer is caused by Active smoking but sometimes it is due to passive smoking as well...And in some minor cases, other reasons too lead to it so no Omkara wasn't a smoker...I hope I cleared your doubt...😊
