It's been ages since I last wrote any piece at all and recently I've started to fall in love with our favorite Jatadhari hippie and his cute, bubbly wife.
I had this plot bunny in my mind since few days back but didn't have time to write it down.
This is the result of boredom. Quickest piece I've ever written .. in 30 minutes. So excuse me if it's a little.. um not up to the point where it's amazing.
This is just my imagination, one of the many that could've happened after the confrontation. This is based on what happens after Gauri confronts Omkara in the 1st August episode. I hope you all like it 😳

She had demanded answers. And he had given none.
She had demanded to know her place in his heart but he gave her no place for answers.
Who was she anyway? A beautiful mirage of an innocent spirit?
Or a cruel devil hidden beneath all those layers of beauty?
She was a mystery.
Elegant yet clumsy.
Fragile yet strong.
Beautiful.
But Omkara Singh Oberoi was stronger than her.
He could and he would stop himself from wiping away her tears when they ran down her cheeks.
He would break her into thousand pieces of shattered glass if only his heart had allowed it.
But it didn't.
And it irked him.
Who was Gauri Kumari Sharma? And why did she have such a tight grip around his heart?
Cham. Cham. Cham.
That sound.. Omkara noted. It was the sound of her anklets.
He wondered if she was still wearing that saree as he roamed the halls of Oberoi mansion. If she was still dressed up for him.
He heard a humming sound at a distance and followed the chiming of her anklets along the way.
And there she was. Still clad in that saree that clung to her body like a second skin. Still dressed up as his muse, his inspiration.
Jo na keh sake tumJo na keh sake hum (x2)
She was humming a sad tone, her body moving along with the melody.
Kehne lagi dono se wohKhamoshiyaan.. O saathiya (x2)Omkara stood at the doorway, observing his so called wife.
Cham. Cham. Cham.
Her anklets chimed as she moved elegantly, dancing her heart out to the sound of her own voice.
Saathiya saathiya Saathiya saathiya (x2)It was her own kind of music. Sad yet filled with hope. Raw with passion and filled with emotion.
She moved her hands and feet to the rhythm, letting each tone mix together in a beautiful mashup of melodies.
Badalo mein ghul na jaye
Hai jo naghme thehre thehre
Do dilon mein jazb karle
Saare jazbe gehre gehre
Twisting, turning and jumping now and then, she ended her dance with a soft thud to the floor.
Omkara reached his hand out to grab her, her name almost rolling off of his tongue.
Almost.
Kal kya pata mile na mileNazdeekiyan o saathiya (x2)
The sound of her violent sobs broke his magical trance. He felt something in his chest tighten at the sight of his petite wife huddled on the floor, crying her heart out to god knows who.
But she didn't stop dancing. No, she got back up on her feet and continued to dance and sing until her throat felt dry and her feet started hurting.
Just when Omkara was backing out of that room, she suddenly stopped. With her back turnt to his, revealing her milky white skin. Her right hand was halfway in the air with a twist in her fingers, her left hand was down horizontally at her waist.
He stopped in his track, curiosity lacing his mind as he walked those few steps back inside.
Then, in a flash of sliver and grey, she twirled and twirled until she lost her balance again.
Saathiya saathiya Saathiya saathiya (x2)
Gauri closed her eyes, waiting for the cold contact of the stone hard floor. Instead, she felt two warm arms wrapping around her petite frame, saving her from falling.
She knew it was him. The feel of his arms, the small puffs of breath sending her hair flying from her face, the scent of his cologne. Everything reminded her of her jatadhari hippie.
Slowly she opened her eyes, only to get drowned in his. He had saved her from falling, his masculine frame towering over her feminine one as they leaned down a bit.
Milke tumse khush hoon lekinDil hai phir bhi.. uljha uljha
Door kar de, paas aa kar
Kal humein na koi lamha He carefully managed to steady her on her feet, his warm hands finding their way to her waist. Her hands clutched at his coat, her chest rising and falling fast at this proximity.
He studied her face carefully, could detect the pain in her eyes as he wordlessly wiped away her tears, not even noticing that he was doing what he had promised himself to not do.
Pad jaye na, dil pe kahi
Gham ka nishaan, o saathiya (x2)
Instead of breaking her apart, he was trying to fix her.
Saathiya saathiya
Saathiya saathiya (x2)Before they both knew it, Omkaras lips were next to her ear, uttering a word she never thought he would say. Definitely not to her.
Jo na keh sake tum Jo na keh sake hum (x2)
"Beautiful." He whispered as he let her go. Her heart beats fastened as she too loosened her grip on him. A strange color of red stained her cheeks and Omkara had never felt more fascinated by her.
The rise and fall of her chest, the way she tucked those hair strands behind her ear, the way the corner of her lips turned into a shy smile or the way she looked at him with those kohl rimmed eyes. The tears stuck to her eye lashes, the vulnerable look in those eyes.. It all made his heart ache in a strange way he wasn't familiar with.
He suddenly wanted to paint her, just like that. He wanted to paint every single detail of her. From her downcast eyes to the way she smiled. Everything.
And as she composed herself and threw him an angry glare before leaving the room, he knew.
Kehne lagi dono se woh Khamoshiyaan.. O saathiya He knew that it didn't matter to him about what she did or had done. It didn't matter to him what people had told him. It didn't matter to him that she was angry with him.
The only thing that mattered was that he cared.
He cared when he told himself not to.
He cared when she told him not to.
All he wanted now was for Gauri to not stay mad at him. For Gauri to listen to the answers he suddenly had for her. For Gauri to know that he was sorry for hurting her intentionally and unintentionally.
Because in these days, he had seen the real her.
He had discovered the real Gauri Kumari Sharma.
Saathiya saathiya Saathiya saathiya (x2)And he was falling in love with it.
