Is Anika a tapori?

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I can recall, the Anika of the original days of IB was muhphat, jhalli, used funny words but she was never exactly a full on TAPORI, was she?

So what exactly did I hear in today's episode?

"Mujhe yahaan se KALTI maar leni chahiye?"

"Mujhe iska GAME BAJANA hai?"

I can understand an Anika using words like marammat, pappu, chantomaayi...these aren't exactly full on tapori words...and she never uses them like she is part of some straight up "bhai" gang...but what was today? Teja ki aatma ghus gayi Anika mein? GAME BAJAA DAALUNGA?😕😆😆

Bhai thoda toh soch liya karo before getting extra hyper in writing her dialogues? 😆...On one side, they make her use Chantomaayi like 10 times in one epi and kill us with the repetition and on the other hand, they make her talk like she is one step short of becoming a Mahi😕😆...They might be served better if they remember to balance her character b/w her wacky side and her softer side...she isn't some full on tapori...she's eccentric but her language isn't supposed to be crass to that level...

Yaar shivika has been totally ruined who is paying attention to language of anika these days...

But I agree .. Anika had a certain sophistication in her ways...

Exactly...there used to be a balance in the early days and frankly was my main reason for liking Anika...she wasn't the typical loud Gul FL...she brought her own brand of sweetness even to the louder sides of her personality...yes, Anika has become famous for her khidkitod etc. wala lingo but the writers forget the balance that they are supposed to be going for b/w spunky loudmouth and outright tapori...yeh Anika hai...Anika Bhai kyun banaa rahe hain usko? 😕😆

On one hand they try to project her as mahaan TRP bahu and on the other hand usko full GUNDI waale dialogues dete hain...bhai itna confusion kis baat ka hai, dialogue writers? 😆...you think your much cherished TRP aunties will ENJOY a so called mahaan bahu speaking like a gundi? Soch lo😛😆

True yaar.. Her so many words is new for me.. Whenever she talk serious things, her typical words always ruined the beauty of that situation.. Sometimes her words is so cute but sometimes it is hell irritating for me..

i will repeat SSO's dialogues here " we havent even understood Annika yet, how will we understand her words"😆

jokes aside we owe this to the writer as always, wonder what she watches/reads or researches while writing plots/dialogues

however given i'm in a calm mood today, i'll bear even with this Annika😳 and hope further damage is done to her😆

LOL.. When did the game bajaana happen? 🤣 I'll watch the episode tonight toh tab pata chal jayega... 😆

Game bajana is too much agreed..(I was reminded of Goli Maar Bheje mein...😆)...

But Kalti marna even though tapori, I can still digest aaram se and it did not even register when I had watched the scene.. Abhi realize hua when I saw this post ... I guess Kafi suna hai and use kiya hai and no I'm not a tapori...and anyways, Anika ka inner thought tha... 😆

Game Bajaana was in her "dream" sequence when she's trying to throw Rags out of Shivaay's room😆...Mujhe toh TEJA ki yaad aa gayi😆...too much AAA hangover still, maybe...but even then it felt overkill to show it on Anika like this.

Kalti even I ignored for the actual scene but overall I think they are pushing it with Anika's dialogues these days...woh balance utna maintain nahin kar paate and send her into gundi mode from time to time.

LOL...Chalo dream mein hi sahi.. Shivaay ne Rags ko psycho bulaya..😆Anika ke dreams are always class apart...🤣 that SSO saying Sorry with the placard wala.. Kya expressions imagine kiye the usne! 😆

And agreed, unfortunately, they are unable to maintain the balance as far as Anika's lingo is concerned!

Anika full character Main ghuss gayi lagta hai of a tapori jasoos ya phir as you said she might've watched aaa again😆

Jokes apart they are really overdoing it and making her act and talk like a total sadak chaap from many days now mostly she is screeching and now using these words too wow way to kill the balance and turn her into annoying unbearable person then cute before all her special words and random vocab used to be cute it wasn't just the words. It the way they were inserted in between too that made it fun but sadly that is gone now

Little off the topic here...but did anyone notice Shivaay addressed Ragini as Nagini on her face after that trip-fall-phone call when he went to his room? Ya phir mere kaan baj rahe the?
