Anyways, I don't mind the merger. It's nice to have the 3 brothers together; the Obros bond has been a unique thing in this show. But definitely do not want group romance and things like that. Let them have the brothers gel and bond together over the issues and problems and let the couples' love-story scenes be done separately according to the status each couple are in.

Please gul mam stop contradicting your own words everytime. It's a known fact that numbers are end game and they are the ultimate thing to decide future storyline. But pls stop contradicting yourself every time. It kinda kills belief fans have on maker's if they keep contradicting themselves time and again be it any fangroup not one particular one.

You know what... at times she comes across blunt but there are times when you really cant stop liking her. She is a straight shooter.

I can see this insta post of Gul's resurfacing a couple of months from now when the show is relegated back to its half hour spot and she puts the blame on the audience who were unwilling to accept/integrate the romance of the two newbie couples into IB.

This kind of "I know what I am doing...don't anyone dare question me!!" stance was shown by her during the beginning of the show's spinoff as well. I remember Gulneet acting all giddy by the initial numbers of DBO And we all know it's fate!!! Everyone needs to be aware is that this lady is a practiced liar.

The kachra GulNeet have made of the eldest brother's love story will not be forgotten or forgiven by the audience which stayed glued to the plot even during the absence of the younger brothers. No matter how many lies she spouts those two actors sustained and carried that show when all the odds were against it.

And I am not not talking about their SS after the merger. I think the scenes are divided adequately. But the way Shivika's story has been mangled and their characters have been butchered in order to adjust with the entire plotline and race ahead in the TRP game!!!

I am not a Tv buff...but I am a creature of habit...whatever I begin, I watch it til its end...but since the merger I have stopped watching IB on TV. I have no interest in the other leads stories coz i never watched DBO. Secondly, I am not a teenager nor over-hormonal...no bombardment of cute baby-scenes, dori scenes, bath-tub scenes, vampirish antics in lieu of romance(Shivika) are going to force this mohammed to the mountain. I look at the written updates, decide what I have to FF and watch it or I binge watch the parts that interest me. And I think many do the same!!!! I don't think any TRP aunty worth her salt (sitting with her sasu ma and family) would like to watch one tv mistress, another divorcee, and a sanskari bahu straddling three brothers lying two steps away from each other. 😲

I see the show running on merger fuel for 2-3 months, then going back to its half-hour slot, then winding up on hotstar until it shows the culmination of Shivika story. My hunch is that half the audience is ready to fold their cards after Shivika get together...that is why Harneet is stalling their story so she can serve the other two as main course and use NM-SC as appetizers so that the viewers stick around. But the paying customer is no fool GulNeet. You shall see!!!!

Also, SC was so cryptic today when asked whether she was enjoying the shoot!😆

I agree dear gul need to prioritize what's good and what's bad for show ASAP without contradicting her own statements every now and then or else the show is doomed in near future

Honestly, this Woman doesn't knows what she says. She keeps contradicting her own statements.

Now if the merger doesn't works, then who will take the blame?? Because Gul has already said that a single couple can't bring TRP, so will keeping them together at one place will bring the TRP?? Or is it the OBros who actually bring TRP?? Or are the vamps like Ragini or Svetlana are the TRP gainers??

Seriously, all this is just bullshit!!! One thing Gul and ALL the fangroups need to understand that their favourites are NOT solely responsible for getting the TRP. The TRP audience only looks for a good story and drama. Yes, the leads also need to have a connect with the audience but TRP is mostly driven by a interesting and dramatic tracks.

I'm an OBros fan, so I'm enjoying the current episodes because I'm seeing my favorites together after a long time. But I know that this baby track is not going to bring good TRPs. No!! It won't, Because there is hardly any storyline or progress for any of the couples, whether it's Shivika or Rikara and lets not even talk about Ruvya.
The TRP audience isn't a die-hard fan of the OBros or any of the couples. They will drop this show like a hot potato if they don't find it entertaining. No matter which couple is at the center stage.

So Gul madam!!!
Just bringing all the characters in one frame isn't going to help. Focus on the storyline. TRP is in your hands, not any particular couple.

Gil said it straight, the Obros and Shivika are necessary for IB to work.

What is unique about this show is the Obris who represent the mind, body and Soul, the very special bond between three brothers which is beautifully sketched here. They are the USP of the show. They need to be the center and their love stories shoud all be weaved in along with family drama. Will the show succeed that is not in the hands of any couple but will depend on how good a script the team can come up with for any track they pick. I am nt surprised if their market research suggest that lack of Obros together is causing dip in numbers. I am surprised the channel and production house learnt it the hard way. It is a no brainier
