It is sad, I think even the 30 mins episodes had more substance than the current 1 hr episodes.

I cannot believe they think the audience will watch one hour of slapstick comedy...I am first of all circumspect about the fact that the audience has the patience to watch a daily show for an hour five days a week...particularly when it has no substantial storyline...no resolutions and no proper conversations...and zilch movement in the plot.

And LOL at Maate doing a volte face and her sudden love for the OBros...ispe bilkul vishwas mat karna, she is an expert at somersaults...jab TRP kam hogi toh phir somersault maregi...this was the same person who said to that Baddhan guy that OBros didn't work🤣 So she is conveniently setting this up as an excuse for later.

Btw someone tell me if I'm getting this right...she's claiming that pre DBO, IB had such high ratings BECAUSE of the OBros but then she decided to SPLIT up the show and DIVIDE up the ratings b/w two shows, thereby bringing down the ratings of both shows? 😕😆...and now suddenly she felt the shows should be brought back together cuz "Obros bring TRPs" so suddenly we have "high TRPs" again all cuz of OBros?

How is it that the TRP audience wanted BOTH to watch the Obros in one show but they ALSO wanted the shows split up so that the love stories of the other two brothers could be explored? Do those two scenarios exist simultaneously only in Gul's AU? 😆...also if supposedly the audience wanted to watch the love stories of all brothers, why was Sumo kicked out? The 'TRP audience' only magically woke up for RuVya all these months later? LOL the third love story didn't matter before then? 😆

That 3.3 ratings she is quoting ,if it's the highest ratings for IB ,it was when the track was focused on Shivika !! and the complaints at that time was about the other two brothers were treated as wall papers!!

Dear Gul instead of giving Lectures on Instagram just work in the Storyline and bring a good story where Characters like Shivaay,Annika,Om,Gauri,Rudra and Bhavya must have equal screenspace and give more importance to these characters because they have a lot of Potentials🥱

Ok so I've tried really hard to not to comment on this post all day but I just can't stop myself from voicing my opinion so here it goes, now this is just my opinion so please don't shoot me for it.

All the sugar coating put aside this is what I think happened, in my opinion, ishqbaaz was doing really well inspite of all the randomness and people and story lines coming in and out but the super hot chemistry between anika and shivay worked wonders. But in order to give the viewers what they wanted there wasn't enough time to show the other couples so the makers thought that they could create another show and recreate the whole scenario of the ruthless businessman and ordinary girl and make another super show. Therefore om was shown to become another shivay just before the launch of dbo but the whole thing colllapsed maybe due the writers/ makers not being able give both of the shows the appropriate attention so now they have decided to merge both of them together to occupy both of the time slots together.
