Gauri look at him and get up from her place. "Yeh zaamin humre hai aap ki nahi" Om raised his eyebrow "manager?" He shouts and his manger came with papers. He pulls the paper toward him and showed it to Gauri. She is stunned for a second. She grabs that paper from his hand and read carefully. "Par, yesa kese ho sakta hai? Yeh zaamin humre papa kit hi jho unone gaon walo ko diya tha." She pause for sec "Zaamin ki paper mere maa ke naam me hai tho Kali thakur aap ko zaamin kese bech(sell) sakta hai?" She asks him. "Kali Thakur ke pass zaamin ke saare sahi paper the aur uske naam me bhi, I bought it from him after checking all the paper" He answer her.
He doesn't understand why he needs to give justification to her. He gave 3 times money and bought this place legally. What if she is lying but why would she will lie? And her eyes and expression saying what ever she is saying is truth. Did Kali Thakur sell other's property to him? "Maybe aap ki maa ne kali thakur ko zaamin pahle hi bech diya ho" He told her after long pause.
"Nahi, meri maa yeh zaamin kabhi nahi bech sakti agar beechi bhi hoti tho bhi mujhe pata hota" She protest. "acha natak hai yeh log ka baap zaamin deta hai, maa beti beech deti hai bina bataye aur abhi bole hone ka nakat kar rahe hai" one man shout from behind. "Kali se shaadi kar rahi hai na tho dediya hoga zaamin aur usne bech diya. Humri roji roti cheen kar man nahi bara abhi acha bane ka natak kyu kar rahi hai?" Other man asks from crowd.
Kali se shaadi? But kali is already married. He has wife named call janvi. How can she marry him? Doesn't she know that? Of course she knows. Is she marrying him for money? She doesn't even think about Janvi Thakurain? She is breaking her house to build her. Why should he care? It's their problem he is not here to get involved in their personal matter. He needs to finish his work and return back. He wants to run away from Svetlana but when ever he goes he found Svetlana type of woman only. Selfish, money mined, home breaker.
"Now as you already read the papers and know that this land belongs to me. So can you please move my employee need to finish their work." He asks her as much as polite he can be. Gauri who is shock till now because of the allegation they put on her. She is not going to marry Kali Thakur not in this life. They know that too but they are putting false allegation. Her father used to be a landlord. He is kind heart person who gave this land for village people. When he died everything gets change. Her uncle and aunt sold of all their properties to Kali Thakur after cheating over it by saying that her father transfer all properties to their name as they don't want to do hard work and earn money. They couldn't sell their house and this land only because his father named both to her mother name not in her father's. Village people used to love her and her mother and used to help them too in many problems but when Kali keep his eyes on her they starts to make distance from her.
Om clicks his finger, "Hello madam pleases side hatiye kaam jaldi khatam karna hai." "Nahi!" she said in small voice. "Excuse me! aap ne kuch kaha?" he ask her in surprise tone. "Ha, Hum yeh zaamin khali nahi karge" "yeh land legally mera hai aur tum mere land me apne shop illegally lagyi hue ho, I can handle you to police." He tries to warn her, She smirked, "Ha man liya yeh zaamin aap ki hai par aap u achank aake hume humre dukhan se nahi nikal shakte, kuch time dena padta hai, kya bolte hai usko ha 15 din ka notice dena padta hai, par aap ne tho diya hi nahi. Intna kanoon tho hum bhi jante hai" She said in challenging tone. Om realize small mocking smile. "Abhi tak mujhe lag raha tha kahi na kahi aap sach bol rahe ho but...aap ne notice nahi dekha jho who dewar me 1 mahine se lagi hai?" he point out to the wall.
Gauri is stun and shock. she went near to wall and check. She never see that notice before. Notice was issued by kali thakur since one month. She has no idea about that. If she saw that notice before she would have known that her mother land is sold to Kali Thakur. She would have done something before only. But how did she never notice this and why did no one tell her about it? She turn to the crowd. "Aap logo ko pata tha tha par kisne bayata nahi? agar bata dete tho... " "batna kyat ha yeh sab tumne hi karaya kali thakur se karhe kar" A man reply her before she complete her sentence.
"Dekhiye humne kuch nahi kiya hum ko tho pata bhi nahi yeh sab, humre shaat dokha hua hai" she tries to explain herself. She didn't do this. She close her eyes to clam herself. She connect the dot, Village people starts to hate her and her mother because they thought she gave that land to Kali Thakur. Damn she never realizes this before she thought that because they are making distance from her because they fear kali thakur.
Omkara raise his hand to Gesture his man to start their work. The drive starts the bulldozer. Gauri run and start in front of bulldozer. Omkara roll his eyes with bore expression. He need to finished all this and get back to Mumbai. He has lot of work pending. He has no time to deal with this melodrama. He starts to loose his cool. "Now what's your problem?" He asks rather in rude manner. He doesn't want to be rude but this girl is getting in his nerves.
"Hum mante hai yeh zaamin aap ne karidi hai yeh aap ka hua, aap yeh zaamin me kuch bhi kar sakte hai. par hume 2 din ka time dedije. Fir aap ko jho karna hai karo." "Look, mere pass falthu ka time nahi hai. I need to finished all this aur mujhe bapas jana hai. Mere pass tumhare drama dekhne ke time nahi hai" "Hume nahi pata tha woh notice ke barme, ek tho humse humri zaamin dokhe se le liye abhi hum 2 din ka time mang rahe hai woh bhi nahi de rahe ho" "Dokha? You mean mene tumhe dokha deke zaamin le hi?" He asks in angry tone. He doesn't like people committing on his honestly that too by a girl who is nothing but a home breaker.
Gauri know he has nothing to do with all this but she is angry and why should she care who is involved and who is not. He is the one who is here to break her shop, only earning place for her and her mother. "Dekhiye, hume humri dukhan ki bahut jarurt hai, Hum bas do din ka time mag rahe hai" She said in cool manner. she tries to control her anger. She has need so she need to be cool and polite. Om who is already starts to dislike Gauri because of his judgment about being home breaker is not ready to give her time. she dare to comment on his honestly. "No" Om gave reply. "Thik hai fir hum bhi yaha se nahi hatege" she said stubbornly and sat in ground. Omkara sigh. He signal bulldozer to back off. Om turn back and went toward his car. Gauri smile to her victory. but her smile doesn't live last long when she saw his car coming toward her. In hurry she back up. he goes straight toward her shop and destroy it. He came out and wall toward Gauri.
"Abhi tumhi dukan bhi khatam aur tumhari jarurt bhi" He smile and call manger "Now finished all this and report me. From now onward do your work by yourself; if you can't then I will hire another one who is capable in handling his work." He warn Manager and return back to his car but he fail to notice bulldozer which is coming toward his car when he went near to it he saw the refection. On time he back up and she destroy his car. Her anger, pain frustration everything she put it on his car. Om closes his eyes. The way she destroy his car he can feel her pain. Did he done something wrong? He question to himself. Gauri stop after destroying his car fullest. She came out and gave him look. "Hum Gauri Kumari Sarma kisi ka udar nahi rakhte, Namaste" Om roll his eyes, She is not worthy for even little guilt he was feeling. Both went opposite sides.
