If y'day I thought Pinky might be winging it and actually misleading Annika, am even more confused today! 😕
No she is not because by telling Annika she thinks she has nothing to lose and all to gain. She is sure that Annika will do all to protect Shivvay from this bitter truth, and she is right.
She has used her last Ace though and has revealed her hand to Annika - big big mistake in my opinion.
She is too over confident of her success and the team of 'white walkers' that she has hidden away to bring out as reinforcements whenever she wants.
Am still not sure that Shivaay being illegitimate is true .. Pinky seemed to genuinely love Shivaay - can't believe she was acting all these years.. plus she does not sound like the kind of person who would take that kind of bitterness even for the sake of family.. Pinky may have been mislead by Kamini to believe that they were her sons but I think she too is unaware that there could be another. I am sure there is another - Kamini is not the mother and the mother may still be alive as Shakti's divorced first wife.
It is easy to show love to someone if they follow your every instruction without questioning it. She willingly took the bitterness because it secured her status in the Oberoi house as well. She was a willing participant even though it killed her from inside.

hey, if the Oberois can forgive Tia and Ranveer for plotting to kill since they were "manipulated" by others, why not one of their own who (poor thing) was also a victim? Of course mahaan bahu Annika would be the one that unearths the truth!
It might be something that she stumbles upon while looking for something else not goes seeking. Mahi might help here as it is something that benefits him as well to know his real birth origin.
