Quick question, when did anika stop calling shivaay billuji and start calling him shivaay?

In diwali episodes Annika was stalked by some one (Daksh)

She was terrified in her home alone and was scared. she tried to call shivay but daksh cut her call later her phone battery got dead. She was sitting at a corner when shivay came to rescue her. They hugged each other and Shivay made her relaxed. When he was leaving she said thankyou and then after stopping she said Shivay 😳

Yes, and after they got married, she completely stopped calling him Billu Ji. Now she only calls him Shivaay.
