PART 2: WE MEET AGAIN"Tej Bakshi intends to roll out his latest designer jewelry brand by early next week. This designer brand has been named "Jhanvi Jewels". He and his partner, Swetlana Desai, will be meeting tomorrow to discuss the deal in detail and if things work out they will start working on the designs. Mr Bakshi has absorbed the best minds in the craft. His new venture is expected to take over the fashion industry by storm.", informed Mishra.
"What about his family?", asked Shivay engrossed in his files.
"Sir, his wife passed away in a terrible accident about 15 years ago. It is said that he took over the entire empire from one of his friend, who also passed away along with his wife in the same accident. Tej and Jhanvi have a son and daughter each,named Om and Soumya".
" Om Bakshi is a famous artist and sculpturist in Delhi. His exhibits are displayed in Hauz khas every sunday. Soumya is a graduate in hotel management and she is presently a trainee in Charlotte Hotel.",taking a pause he continued,"Sir, it is also rumoured that Swetlana Desai is mistress of Mr Tej Bakshi.", completed Mishra.
"Interesting! Mishra, I want all the details about Swetlana Desai. Her profession, family, interests and whereabouts.", ordered Shivay.
"Yes, Sir.", nodding his head Mishra went away leaving Shivay and Mehta alone in the cabin.
"Shivay, why do you want know about Swetlana. Our plan is simple. We need to take over Tej's empire and that is it."exclaimed Mehta.
"Never underestimate your enemies,mamu and who knows when we can take advantage of Miss Swetlana Desai in our plan.", told Shivay with a evil grin.

"Good morning, Mr Singh. We are so glad you did this for us and these little orphans. I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us out in this miserable condition.", thanked Mary, the owner of Orphan Happy Home, since Shivay had donated five crore rupees to this orphanage.
He smiled at her gesture and decided to move away as this place made him vulnerable. He knew very well how unfortunate it was to be an orphan. And, it was really difficult for him to mask his sensitive feelings.
He called out Harilal to distribute the cake and sweets plus the goodies he had personally purchased for these kids.
"Sir, if you don't mind, please meet our kids. They shall feel really happy and wish for the long live of your brother on his birthday. Moreover, children are a gift from God and their prayers are never left unanswered."

The hall was beautifully decorated with bright colors all around. Red, green, yellow, blue in all possible shades oozing enthusiasm and complementing the madness of the crowd. A special canopy was erected at the center. It was tastefully decorated with colorful buntings and balloons. Tables were laid and covered with white sheets. A big birthday cake was placed on the central table.
The children wore beautiful dresses and adding to their beauty was their happy smiles. Their smile reminded Shivay of his naughty little brother, Rudra. He was happy now to be part of the celebrations. It was way better then his so called high class parties which comprised of dull and boring lights.
While Shivay was engrossed in observing the party decorations, Miss Mary gave a brief introduction to the kids about Shivay and mentioned that this party was for his brother, Rudra.
The crowd went crazy and flocked around Shivay thanking him. They grabbed his hands and the naughty ones were pulling his pants as they couldn't reach his face. This made Shivay giggle secretly in his heart and he bent down surrendering himself to these little beasts.
Suddenly, a voice was heard loud enough from behind.
"Oh bete ki! mere bina party shuru."
The kids turned around as they were familiar with the owner of the voice and started running towards that direction in double the excitement.
Shivay, who was completely unknown to this voice, rose up, inquisitive to find out this person drawing away all the attention from him.
He flicked his hair and his eyes searched for the person literally overloaded with balloons. It appeared like a lady to him which further drew his attention towards her.
As the balloons reduced in number, they gradually unmasked her face until she was entirely visible to Shivay.
Shivay was shocked! His mouth feel open in a perfect 'O' shape. She was there! SHE was literally there "THE GIRL IN THE RAIN"!
Her coral black hair neatly tumbled over her shoulders. She was dressed in red today. She looked vibrant in that color, thought Shivay. Nevertheless she looked amazing, beautiful, pretty, charming...and his train of thoughts went on and on and on until Miss Mary snapped him out of his dream.
She called out the "beautiful-amazing-pretty" girl.
The girl ran towards her with the balloons and gave away one of those to Mary.
"Beta, meet Mr Shivay Singh. He has recently shifted to Delhi for business. He is the one who has poured so much happiness on our children."
Her face lit up with a excitement and she looked towards Shivay, who was looking out rightly awkward and funny at that moment.
"Thank you so much, Sir. It takes a beautiful thought and heart to give such a huge donation to our home. By the way, I am Anika. I am very close to these kids. Teacher-guide-mentor. All in one!", exclaimed Anika with a bubbly smile.
"Awww ...", replied Shivay.
"Awww...?", Anika looked at Shivay surprised.
The change of expressions in her eyes made Shivay realize how stupid he was behaving. Composing himself he said, "Hi. I am Shivay Singh. Nice work, Miss Anika."
"Chote Sahab, it is time to leave.", informed Harilal. Shivay nodded
He didn't want to go away and he didn't know why he didn't want to go away! This girl was confusing him.
"Baccha party. Sab log Shivay ji ko byee bolo.", instructed Anika to all the kids. All of them went crazy again calling out "Byyeee" in the loudest possible voice on Earth.
Shivay waved his hand softly and turned around to leave.
"Shivay ji!", called Anika and came right in front of him. "Do you like red?", she asked.
Shivay was shocked again "What the f**k! She knows I like her or something?, he thought and then replied "Ummm, Yes".
"Great, this one is for you.", saying so she handed over the only one left over RED balloon to him and then ran away towards the kids.
"Awww", thought Shivay once again and headed towards his car waiting for him outside.
