WHY SO MUCH DRAMA

So we all knew Annika was faking ML and Rudra was involved. But why all that Bachaa crying, forgetting pinky promise, and sleeping on the same bed's required if they knew what was going on.
I completely get the pati parmeshwar, Pool scene and Gobar scene, but their private talks about baby etc do not make sense at all.
In between the drama, Annika changed the game by making shivay marry Tia but he did not like that. So he was angry and that is why all that "Faraq" drama. Annika must also told Shivaay that she is leaving after the wedding and hence his attempt to make her confess. The romance was all real because he was trying to prove she has feelings for him. All that makes sense.
They were both scared of WHAT IF's and hence worried about whether they will succeed in their plan.

BUT BUT..Why Aniika "Banj" drama and "Sleeping in the bed" required is beyond my understanding.
BIGGEST QUESTION OF ALL, No one questions why SHIVAY is getting married to TIA when they are already married.
GUL AND CV'S have no creativity left, except folling people in the stupidiest way possible.
To top it all, they SPOIL THE SUSPENSE by not just realeasing spoilers but the whole shooting videos.

What about Shivay putting MS & Sindoor ( after naagin dance episo de) in front of mirror & touching her to gain her memory back?His feelings looked true in that scene not fake.my head is.
