Honestly i am seeing this as a very natural thing.
I dont want to sound rude or anything but even i would look for a guy from a good family preferably from the sect i belong to and of course having a good family background.

Ishqbaaz has misinterpreted family background as money and richness but the beliefs of SSO is something i really want to see change with its pace. He himself said that he doesn't know anything about her which is true. I just hope they dont make Anika have some hidden family richness. This issue needs to be resolved because he loves her irrespectively not because the issue only got over.

He making her confess that farkh padhta hai could be just to bring her memories back since i can't fathom a reason for such a huge loophole from the cv.

well mallu I agree with you...he even danced with her as a cheepda in his full sense...😆...with her he forget he is SSO..he is an Oberoi..with her he become Shivaay...and want Anika's full attention...he get angry when Anika talk to some other guy...he is so possessive that he want to keep her on check..but his NKK is something which he believed for like 30 years?🤔..it is hard for him to forget it so soon..or change his view..but he is changing..he is using her words..he acts like her cheepda pati...😆..and this is all bcz of Anika..she is changing him with time...and this changing process will continue..it will take time but he will change his view on NKK...and that will happen when he will become a possessive obsessive lover..who will do anything for his ladylove...he will become what Anika dream for his lover...😉..but for that we have to wait..😆..and I am ready to wait for that day...😳...

Yaar this scene is just promotional tactics. They had to give Shivaay an introduction and NKK is his thing so that's why it was addressed, thus. Like Anika had an intro scene in DBO right after her ML but sounded like Anika, only.

It holds no importance in IB land. It was totally random and out-of-the-blue. Doesn't go with the Shivaay in IB currently, at all.

So just take it as laziness in writing, that's it.
