Oh Shivaay has surely caught on Anika's fake ML. Because since their pool confrontation and later his confirmation with the 'strip tease'... where we all feel he caught her lies...never once has he said or questioned or even tried to bring back her memory or said 'yaad aa gaya'.
He is 'OK' if Anika pulls a KKT on every body, even him but he is NOT OK if she is trying to push him towards Tia or get away from his life, even if she is faking. HE WILL NOT TAKE IT.
The biggest proof of him KNOWING that she is faking it is that when he was trying to show the ring he said "kuch logon ko lagta hai ke mere paas dil he nahi hai" ...it was Anika's accusation that SSO is 'Stone Sing Oberoi' and is 'heartless'...KKT has never said it. So this 'farak nahi padta' track is Shivaay challenging Ankia.He knows that it is all Anika and no KKT.

2. He loves her
That is love ...as if saying 'I have you...and am never letting you go'. Look at his expressions. We also know due to the OLV's that he is going to pull the same moves on TIa ...but it will be interesting to watch his expressions while doing so. I hardly believe that he can pull the same expressions.
It is the same hand clasp from his Sangeet night, that he did with her, when he was dancing with her. I thought it was the most beautiful moment how he was touching and holding her like she was a dream that he had, which would never become a reality. It was so sad that I was choking when I watched that scene. That whole dance with her was like touching a dreamlike figure delicately and tenderly one last time before she floated away like a wisp of smoke into anothers life, beyond his reach.
He is doing the exact same thing here when he starts and is wearing the same look but this time instead of pain he has a smile that looks so much better on him. You can actually imagine him thinking back to the last time he did this with her and had almost lost her to another. That is why this time the clasp is firm whereas the last time it was light and loose, while she is so surprised that she has not even closed her fingers over his. This time she is HIS and there isn't a damn thing on this Earth that is going to take her beyond his reach again. He is so enchanted with his prized possession.
And can not tolerate her ' farak nahi padta'...so is determined
... and this time he pulls her into him firmly with all the 'haq' as her husband because she now belongs to him. He does not have to maintain the distance anymore because I am sure he has made up his mind about not marrying Tia. 3. He HATES it...that he has to prove 'farak padta hai' in the manner in which he is doing it. And equally 'use bhi farak padta hai'.
