That's an old pic😆

Its from that track when Tej and Shakti got arrested and in order to get a vote for a deal in his favor, shivaay was marrying Tia because that vote belonged to mrs. Kapoor. And tia. So tia blackmailed Shivaay saying that she will help shivaay only if he marries her.

But at the last moment anika came with some proof that could save Tej and Shakti and Shivaay didnt have to marry Tia.

I know...Shitia wedding will never happen...

Coz Gul mam ke baare mein jo bhi bolo...but ek baat toh hai that She is quite possessive about her male leads...She never lets the main lead marry anyone other than female lead...Yeh toh pakka hai...Agar Shitia ke shaadi ka track aayega then Matlab koi na koi big drama hone ka plan hai.
