Don't think Anika is going anywhere. ShiVika r going to come out more strong after this track and redouble their efforts to find the culprit.
Secondly,if Shivaay knows that this attack was on Anika then he is not going to let her go anywhere.

I think through this :

1) Anika will realize Shivay loves her coz just before Shooting incident, they Do Lohri ritual and he declares her Wife infront of Everyone ! Yes kinda Sure Shivay will announce her wife and coz they do the Pheras around Holy fire together <3😆

2) Anika will feel sorry for being angry with Shivay and misunderstanding him coz she was angry and then they won't be able to talk much at Lohri Function!

3) Tia is nowhere to be seen in the promo. I guess she will just be left fuming or might leave the function wen Shivay announces Anika his wife!

4) This angers Mrs. Kapoor and she asks the shooter to Shoot Anika and in anger she also reveals Om's truth so he will leave and that is how DBO will start, coz Om is no where in Hospital Segments, he is only there in the promo !😆

5) Pinky might blame Anika that coz of her, Shivay got shot and all and will sunao her khari khoti but in the end, rest of the family is there to SUPPORT Anika so Anika Ghar Chodkar Nahi Jayegi😆

6) Shivay wil finally start to realize hopefully that someone is after Anika's life and that some one is Svetlana and he might start doubting Tia/Mrs. Kapoor too!😆

This is all I feel seeing promo and segments, and am sure there's so much that we don't know so yeah waiting for surprises too😆

EDIT: Ur idea is really nice but don't think we will be shown a separation anytime soon,instead it will be Om leaving the house and Shivika working towards finding out the person who is making the attacks!!

Also, once when Anika comes to know Shivay's reasons of not siding by Sahil, and Shivay being blackmailed into illegitimacy thing, then we might actually now see some real Shivika Romance!!

Might as well be a Confession from Anika as an outburst of seeing him in life and death situation and staking his life for saving hers !!😆

Very much possible, but only for hopeless fans !!! Still, hinging on the last straws of hope that Anika will move out someday 😆

Hospital track opens up a hell lot of drama in the family including Pinky lashing out on Anika -Star Plus would lap on this TRP puller confrontation 😆...so more glycerine for Anika !!

However, given that the new Shivika montage, I doubt separation is anywhere near .! Fevicol ka majboot jod hai tutega nahi 😆

I liked your theory for upcoming track but I don't think 2 members will leave simultaneously, I mean Om is leaving so this time Anika may not be leaving but She will definitely think, something like She is not good for Shivaay,...etc & yes, She will leave Shivaay but only after Tia's truth will be revealed, till then She will be in OM!😊

Exatly my thoughts.Leaving Shivaay would give the Kapoors a chance to destroy the Oberois and Shivaay easily.

I would prefer memory loss for anika than separation. Billu mar jayega.😆 Anika pehele wali anika banjayegi. He will not know what to do.😆 Two sets ki bhi zaroorat nahi padegi.

Gul yeh idea billu pe na chalade. 😆

Inch pinch...mujhe bhi yahi chahiye...anikas memory loss...they can start there love story fresh...

100 episodes ka plot hain yeh...

Innika love I have been wanting Annika to walk out since the day of the reception, but it never happened. Now I guess it is too late after all that ShivIka have shared and been through as a team since then. I do not think it possible that a separation will happen.

Also like Manonidz rightly said the new ShivIka Montage and the DBO promo both reinforce that the two stay steadfast and joint in the marriage commitment. In fact it looks like there is good that comes out of this bad incident.
Then there is the question of where she will go? The house is sold as far as she knows. Budget constraints to shoot in 2 locations ... lol

Besides, Gul has DBO taking off where Om looks like he has left home so I don't think Annika is going to leave. Too much raita phalaoed in both stories and DBO is more important focus at this time.
Om leaving and disowning his father eliminates the Om is illegitimate threat hanging over Shivvay's head as I do not think Om will even care if he found out anymore. He might even be happy that he is not Tej's son ...lol (joking)

About Shivvay in hospital at deaths door -
Annika will be guilty?? yes ... that I agree. She will be guilty for being the reason that he is at death's door. Pinky hysterical - that too as you say is a given he being her only son and her Heera. She will keep her distance from Shivvay because she believes she is bad luck? yes she will. She might not step in to see him when he recovers till he asks for her and may avoid him even when he insists that she be told to come see him. Knowing Shivvay he might threaten that either she is brought in or he goes looking for her. Of course no one wins with Shivvay except for his Annika ..lol So yes she will be tracked down, found and brought in.
I can see him being more worried if she was hurt in the shooting even though the man almost lost HIS life. But that is Shivvay - he is a shell, just a body becauze Annika is his llife, his reason for living. Will he let her leave now that he is 100% sure she is a target? (He was no where near her when she was shot, so he was not the target) No!! absolutely not. He will used fair and foul means to make her stay.
Om no longer vulnerable about his illegitimacy might let Shivvay disclose why he did not support Sahil.
These are the reasons why I doubt the separation track will happen.
What I feel is that Annika may end up giving blood to save Shivvay and that means he now shares her Khoon. Not a pure blue blood anymore after that, that's for sure ...lol

Careful what you wish for guys. Gul is quite sadistic with her love stories ... you might regret asking for such things. I have scars from QH that have not yet healed
