You're entitled to your opinions, but I disagree. This isn't aimed just at you, it's aimed at everyone who think that there won't be a separation, or that ShivIka are going strong.

Let's break this down simply.

He forced her to marry him. He threatened to rape her. He blackmailed her with her only family. He's been an absolute dick for so long, and even though I absolutely adore Shivaay, he needs to have a redemption track. Saying sorry twice is not doing jackshit.

And if the CVs were so willing to forego this whole element, then we wouldn't have gotten the flashbacks. We wouldn't have had Annika questioning his apology. We wouldn't have had the foreshadowing about the control, during the reception episodes. They are going to bring it all back, and I'm willing to bet that it'll be a separation track.

Maybe it won't be this track, but everyone on the separation bandwagon has reasons to justify that there will be an eventual separation.

And the whole prediction explicitly said that Annika will leave before Shivaay has the chance to even realise that she's gone.

Hospital track opens up a hell lot of drama in the family including Pinky lashing out on Anika -Star Plus would lap on this TRP puller confrontation 😆...so more glycerine for Anika !!

The search for TRPs will never cease, will it? Hospital fights, saas bahu crap will have all the aunties going absolutely insane!

And the ShivIka montage is gorgeous, but what about our separation track 😭

I will actually cry if there's a memory loss track - I watched bits of JNDSD for a while, and him losing his memory literally made me roll my eyes. Such a cliche.

But Annika losing her memory would be kind of funny - Shivaay will decide that its time he runs away!

it would have been better if anika left in anger! now even if separation track comes, it is super thanda for me! this seems to be turning into anika suffering in love story all the time, no shivaay redemption and nothing of that sorts but continuous focus on making anika cry and tinky humiliating her and shivaay standing like a statue! i dont see the point of this track at all except for shivaay actually being mute and lying on a hospital bed than just acting like one 😆

Also like Manonidz rightly said the new ShivIka Montage and the DBO promo both reinforce that the two stay steadfast and joint in the marriage commitment. In fact it looks like there is good that comes out of this bad incident.
Then there is the question of where she will go? The house is sold as far as she knows. Budget constraints to shoot in 2 locations ... lol

Besides, Gul has DBO taking off where Om looks like he has left home so I don't think Annika is going to leave. Too much raita phalaoed in both stories and DBO is more important focus at this time.
Om leaving and disowning his father eliminates the Om is illegitimate threat hanging over Shivvay's head as I do not think Om will even care if he found out anymore. He might even be happy that he is not Tej's son ...lol (joking)

About Shivvay in hospital at deaths door -
Annika will be guilty?? yes ... that I agree. She will be guilty for being the reason that he is at death's door. Pinky hysterical - that too as you say is a given he being her only son and her Heera. She will keep her distance from Shivvay because she believes she is bad luck? yes she will. She might not step in to see him when he recovers till he asks for her and may avoid him even when he insists that she be told to come see him. Knowing Shivvay he might threaten that either she is brought in or he goes looking for her. Of course no one wins with Shivvay except for his Annika ..lol So yes she will be tracked down, found and brought in.
I can see him being more worried if she was hurt in the shooting even though the man almost lost HIS life. But that is Shivvay - he is a shell, just a body becauze Annika is his llife, his reason for living. Will he let her leave now that he is 100% sure she is a target? (He was no where near her when she was shot, so he was not the target) No!! absolutely not. He will used fair and foul means to make her stay.
Om no longer vulnerable about his illegitimacy might let Shivvay disclose why he did not support Sahil.
These are the reasons why I doubt the separation track will happen.
What I feel is that Annika may end up giving blood to save Shivvay and that means he now shares her Khoon. Not a pure blue blood anymore after that, that's for sure ...lol

I agree with everything you'e said, to be very honest. You make so many fair points. Still, he needs to have a proper redemption. And them falling in love conveniently sidelines all of the shit he's done to her.
Actually, watching Billu trying to get her to stay with him would be so bittersweet to watch. Foul is his style, as we saw in yesterday's episode, but I wouldn't mind him trying to be his cutesy Billu self, to court his wife!
What I'm dreading is the Annika-Pinky confrontation more than anything. I sense soaked towels, and muting certain parts of the episode. I see some brutality coming 😕

And you're right about her leaving, I have a feeling that the separation track will be neglected too, but I'm still hoping. I want to see Billu pining 😆
And omg, Billu not being a pureblood 😉
